I logged a complaint this morning regarding my car collection and asked customer service to ensure everything was sorted before the pickup. Instead of handling it, they called me back just to give me the branch contact number and told me to call them myself.
Brilliant customer service, honestly. Rather than forwarding the message to the relevant department, they expect the customer to do their job for them. Absolutely unbelievable.

We recently purchased a car from Big Motoring World Enfield.

On arrival for our appointment, we unfortunately waited for nearly an hour before being seen. This was disappointing, particularly as we had booked in advance.

However, once we met Muhammad, the experience improved significantly. Despite also looking after another couple, he was attentive, helpful and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to answer our questions, explained the available options without any pressure, and worked hard to secure the best possible deal on our part exchange. His customer service was excellent.

We returned the following day to complete the trade-in and collect the vehicle. The finance process was straightforward and stress-free. Shaz then looked after us during collection and was efficient, professional and personable throughout. Although the car was not ready at the agreed time, he kept us updated regularly and handled the situation very well.

The only area that fell short of expectations was the vehicle preparation. The GuardX treatment applied to the interior was still damp on the seats when we collected the car, and although the vehicle had clearly been washed and waxed, there were a few areas that still needed attention and cleaning afterwards.

Overall, Muhammad and Shaz both delivered 5-star customer service and are a credit to the business. The overall experience with Big Motoring World was very good, but the delays and vehicle preparation mean I would rate the dealership 4 stars rather than 5.

Just want to say a huge thanks to Mert and Gulcan for helping me with my purchase of my new Hyundai Ioniq 5. From the moment I stepped through the door at your Enfield branch, I was greeted and taken through a very pleasant experience in purchasing the car. From selecting the car I wanted to view, to taking it for a test drive, and then completing the purchase and the handover, was all seamless. All the while trying to keep my 5 year old son entertained, but he was very happy and had a great rapport with them. Overall very happy with the service provided, and would definitely recommend Big Motoring World to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I had a disappointing experience purchasing a car from this dealership. The sales process felt rushed, and important details were not clearly explained before I agreed to the purchase. I also experienced poor communication.
On may home the vehicle developed a serious fault while you were driving.
Multiple warning lights appeared shortly afterward.
The manufacturer's/dealer's after-sales team did not provide meaningful assistance. Now I have been told to go and look for a garage who are VAT registered

The vehicle and pricing information I received initially did not fully match what was presented later in the process, which caused frustration and confusion. Customer service after the sale was also lacking, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to others and would encourage potential buyers to carefully review all paperwork and terms before making a decision.

I bought the car back in March VW Mk8 GTE from London branch After taking the car home After 2 weeks I found out The suspension is making bad noise and Apple car play is cut off automatically and turn on all light on dash I contact the insurance company which they insured with me I talk to them about this issue they said we don’t cover this but when I took the car the agent he said you have to pay 50£ per month it’s all covered He totally lied about this and later found out rust chips on hood Be careful

I bought BMW 5 series yesterday afternoon i couldn't check properly and your sales man didn't tell me this car windscreen has cracked i saw this morning so I am not happy with that 😑 😐

After owning my vehicle for a month it needed a new battery which I had replaced by the RAC and I paid for. I raised the issue with Big Motoring World and I was fully reimbursed, I would especially like to mention a lovely lady called Charlotte who made the whole process easy and professional

Awful experience, definitely wouldn’t recommend looking or buy a car from here. I phoned prior to confirm if test drives are allowed before thinking of purchasing a car and was told by 2 people that this was fine prior to turning up. Farhan (Sales Advisor) was incredibly rude and apparently test driving a vehicle was not allowed on the weekend due to it ‘depreciating the car value’ whilst also saying that his colleagues had lied to me about being able to test drive a car. As a customer no one is going to buy a car without test driving the vehicle first. Not only did i phone to make a complaint after however was then put through to another sales advisor which got his manager to apologise through the sales adviser. As a business big motoring world is poorly ran and have no level of customer service.
