Purchased Stovax Protector Flue & Chimney Cleaner to prevent any build up of creosote between sweeps. I found the website easy to use and ordering simple. The Stovax was delivered within the estimated delivery time, well packed and undamaged. I can definitely recommend this company based upon my experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Following there response, I would like to add the drop off point was totally insecure! No ID required, no order number, in fact I was left to scour through a stack of parcels on my own! I could have taken any of them!!
I ordered a part from this company I was told it would take a few days.
I chased this up and was given a delivery date of 30/1 this was not met.I was then given another date of 2/2 which was also not met.I wasn’t told and had to chase this up on both occasions.
The parcel was finally sent out on 3/2 but I was not informed it was on its way and I was not contacted by the courier.It was only by chasing up yet again I found out it was coming that day.
Unfortunately they use the worst delivery company on the planet UPS who go out of there way not to deliver! They evidently tried to deliver? NOT!(we were in all day) and deposited it at a drop off point which they did not tell me about!!!
Although I appreciate there were supplier problems, I still feel communication should have been better and the parcel should have been delivered to my door.
All This has caused me a great deal of wasted time and inconvenience and is totally unacceptable.

We apologies that there has been such a delay with your order, when we are given a date by our branches they are supposed to deliver on these dates but this appears not to be the case.
Upon you chasing your order our team swiftly organised our branch to dispatched your order via UPS as this would have been the fastest way we could have got your order to you.
We understand there are sometimes problems with couriers not attempting delivery, but we can see that the collection point for the order was very close to your address and we're happy to hear that you now have your order.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Really rude and unhelpful. Refusal to help or call back.
Still not had an email confirming my order is cancelled despite repeated promises.
They promise to call, email etc and never come through. Needed stuff for a concrete poor and they failed big time.

Parcel lost
My parcel was lost in the way but I was not notified at all. After more than a week waiting for it, I contacted customer service and they sent me another one but I had to wait another week with no heating. So I was more than 10 days without heating because parcel was lost.

Wall mounted convector heater
The unit has now been fitted and in use for some time and is giving excellent service. BHL have also shown themselves to be an excellent supplier and I would recommend them.

Over 2 weeks delay after promised delivery date
Placed an order for an order for an item with a deliver timescale of 1-5 working days.
The item was required urgently to fix a faulty toilet flush.
After 5 days from receiving an email confirming the order had been processed, I still had not received the item.
Contacted the company to learn that the order wasn't going to arrive for at least another 2 weeks. Apparently this was because the product had arrived damaged from their supplier, and they had to order another one ... except no-one thought about informing me about the delay.
Fortunately they agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund, but now I have to start all over again.
Very disappointing.

We're sorry our team was unable to get the unit out to you in the timeframe you needed and we were only notified of the units damage upon your investigation.
In this instance the event was out of our control as the unit was damaged beyond the repair and we would not have been able to get the unit out to you.
Our team did manage to order another unit but with an extended lead time from the manufacturer, as per the conversation with our team yesterday the order has been fully cancelled and refunded.

I was charged £5.85 for delivery only…
I was charged £5.85 for delivery only to find it had been outsourced to a company one mile from where I live. I had to return the item myself as it was incomplete, having to return three days later for a replacement. I found the holes on the new parts didn't line up and had to resort to using items from my original parts to complete the repair.

Bought a Stelrad Caradon K2 Vita panelled radiator - BHL was the best price by far. Fast delivery - radiator arrived in perfect condition - packed well. The plumbers commented on the good price. Working perfectly in my kitchen….thanks BHL - will be my first port of call in future.

Hive smart radiator valve.
Said they price match, they wouldn't match screwfix. (screwfix were out of stock) but so we're they.
Slow/Late delivery blamed on couriers not picking up yet sent the day I complained it hadn't turned up via dpd.
Dpd says I signed for the package worth nearly £200, I didn't, they left in full view on doorstep, didnt try neighbours and it was raining like crazy.
No communication BHL
Buy direct from hive, cheap and great support.

With the Hive product you've ordered, we do state it can take up to 5 working days to be delivered and we can see that you placed your order on the 9th and it was delivered on the 19th (6 working days).
