my item was supposed to arrive today. It had already been on back-order. Then I got an email that it will arrive around March 18th. I called to ask for an additional discount. First the manager said no and then she said she'd give me 5% off. 5 or 6 dollars off for something so delayed is horrible customer service. She was not nice or apologetic so I canceled my order.

Light came packed very well. It is heavy and has a glass bowl, so good packing was a must. My husband and I installed it ourselves. Had to take it down due to not quite understanding a certain part of instructions. But, uts up and looks very nice in our entryway. Now, I have to find a complimentary fixture for my living room.

The lamps were exactly like the picture. They came carefully wrapped and look wonderful!

I was told product would arrive at my house on Thursday the 22 of February but since I have had no communication with the company I called today and was told the product is just arriving at warehouse on Thursday and will be shipped then. Would have appreciated knowing this in the beginning.

Artwork was delivered quickly and the quality was fabulous. Better than expected, colors were vibrant and the 3-dimensional elements makes this artwork a statement and warrants a primary placement.

The website is easy to navigate and search, so many styles to choose from. My only issue was that I got so many emails about discounts being offered (PRIVATE20 for instance) that didn't work on any of the five lights I purchased. Not sure why.

My Uttermost stools came quickly and wrapped to prevent any damage.
I was missing a stool pad to help with sliding across floor, reached out to Amy Swan my account manager.
Within days the piece arrived at my door.

Limited communication, I had to contact customer service after two weeks to be told there is a problem of staffing within the warehouse and could offer a cancellation. When I accepted this, was then told it wouldn’t be a guarantee. My first purchase with this company, will be my last. If you can’t fulfill order, don’t sell stuff.

When we met Diago our Salesman he was very up front with us and did a great job explaining the product he wanted us to purchase. His honesty was well appreciated and we were able to connect with his personality. We told him we are straight shooters,don't beat around the bush and just give us the best offer he could because our time as well as his is valuable. If we could afford the package we would make the purchase.
He explained the system, how it works and answered our questions really well.
When he showed us the 3 different size units he gave us a quick layout of each unit and then just backed away and let us take our time looking and taking in each property. We never felt rushed or pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable doing. He has to be your top salesman, I can't imagine working with anyone else.
The Property was amazing, when we walked outside and along the Garden walkway my wife and I both felt Relaxation come over both of us. We knew at that time we were in ,Diagonal just made it that much better for the both of us.

I received a lamp with a faulty switch. Bellacor immediately sent a new lamp. I'm extremely pleased with the lamp and the prompt service of this company.

Wayfair gives great customer I ordered this lamp for a really tight spot that needs light Unfortunately the lamp won’t work but return was easy and I’m still looking for the right lamp
