Quicker than expected delivery
Everything was in great shape, I had to do a return and it was really an easy call to very pleasant customer service and they sent me a discount code which I used to replace the one I sent back.

This amazingly large and fragile chandelier, arrived totally unscathed, not one missing part not one broken piece!

So easy to order and pricing was very good too ! We ordered a large rug and were very happy that the product was as pictured and as described. It can be hard to tell by an online picture and we loved it so much that we bought a second one for our Lakehouse. Easy and on time delivery too.

It was easy to use Bellacor's site to filter on so many lighting features. I found the perfect fixtures for 5 rooms in my house that were affordable and beautiful. I used the "heart" feature to track the ones I loved. The only disappointing part of the experience was losing all my favorite picks at the end because I hadn't created a profile first. It would have been nice to know ahead of time

I love my mirror. It is beautiful and so very heavy!

I purchased 2 pendant lighting. I requested a return due to the chain on one of the pendant rusting. Because of seeing the rust I didn't feel comfortable installing the fixtures due to the quality of the product. when I contacted customer service they showed no concerned and was told to return each fixtures it would be $17.60. This was my first time ordering from Bellacor and it will my last.

I ordered the brand, Uttermost. Accent tables and a lamp. Delivery was quick and very well packaged. Well made product. No issues.

I purchased six sika-design dining chairs totaling just under $2,700. Three of them arrived with a small weather delay which was understandable in the snow.

The other three sat on a FedEx truck in a remote area in minus 30 degree weather for an entire week. Natural material becomes brittle in these conditions. When I called Bellacor for support I was essentially provided with a lackluster response to call the manufacturer and they had a limited warranty. If there was a problem, Bellacor was not interested in anything other than a return. They did tell me if the boxes looked bad and I refused delivery that the process to prove I was due a refund would be difficult.

When they finally did arrive the boxes had both large dents, spots soaked in moisture, and a couple of holes where something heavy had punctured the cardboard.

The manufacturer told me to document and save the packaging pictures so that if they did fail from becoming brittle that the boxes would be helpful. After unboxing all of the chairs appeared to be in fair condition and Sika-Design told me to let them come up to room temperature before anyone tried to use them.

Bellacor did nothing more than take my money for a drop-ship. There was no status update on shipping until I was notified from Fed-Ex. When there was a challenge it was poorly addressed.
Other vendors offer discounts and I’d think twice before I ordered anything again from Bellacor. The chairs themselves are just what we wanted and I’m optimistic that they will remain durable.

Melinda, Mgr. was outstanding. She was able to solve a big problem that had occurred and got me the 4 fixtures to me on time in spite of a holiday on Monday.

My lamps are even prettier than in the pictures. I love them!
