Fast delivery but customer service lacking
I purchased a lamp and it was great. Fast delivery. However it was missing important parts to hang it. I used their text message cust service. That didn’t get me anywhere. Then I called about the missing PCs. The gal told me to answer her email she would send me with photos of missing PCs. She would get it to manufacturer and I’d get them in a week or so. I never got acknowledgment from the gal that she received my response nor did I receive the parts.

I love these counter stools
I love these counter stools. They are a great navy color. They are very sturdy. They were easy to put together. I assembled four of them in about an hour. I definitely recommend them.

Love the product but not the price.
Delivery was very quick but I was disappointed I didn’t get the price I expected to get. I was recommended by an associate of Bellacor to photo shot my order so they would honor that sale price when I decided to place my order. When I tried to place my order the price had changed so I call Bellacor. They said that my sale price was no longer available and all they could do is give me a 10% discount and nothing more. I had no choice but to pay the higher price. Not happy, but needed the stools ASAP.
