We purchased a natural wood vanity from this company. A evergreen vanity is what was delivered. After going through the exchange process which took a week for some to call me with an answer. I called the company 3x in the between time. Finally we were told it was an era on the website and if we wanted the original vanity we selected it was going to be an extra $450!!! When I spoke to Robin I was so upset and confused on how we purchased something via the website, received the wrong color and had to pay extra?!? It didn’t make sense. She told me to call her back and she would speak to someone. So now I call back (5th time calling this company) and she had not heard anything and basically left it that she would call me when she did. Not even 10 minutes later she email my husband saying they would not exchange THEIR MISTAKE and will refund our money and pick up the WRONG VANITY. So disappointed with this company and would never recommend them. Also, in the 5 phone calls I never once received an apology. Shame on your customer service Bellacor. You should have honored your price bc it was your fault!!!

the product looks good but the shipping was delayed from the original purchase. I have ordered another fixture but have received a delay response after a few days of placing it. I can't tell if this is always the case or I have ordered the 2 things that don't say back order but they are.

The website is easy to navigate. The subject filters help to narrow down options. Sale items are clearly identified.

The light fixture was in stock when I ordered it but it has not shipped.

I ordered my fan light 3/11/24. It has been delayed. It is not scheduled for delivery until 4/8/24!

I wrote in to customer service inquiry as to whether an order I had placed could be canceled. Instead of responding to me with a yes or no, they went ahead and just canceled my order. I replied, telling them that I wasn't asking for a cancellation, just clarification and confirmation of a ship date and I never received a reply. I have subsequently chosen furniture from another store and will not be doing business with Bellacor.

No follow up from customer service since delay

I was excited to find the product I wanted, you offered a promotion code and was well pleased. Unfortunately, I wasn't receiving any tracking information so I contacted your customer service to find out that my order would be delayed an unknown amount of time (like months). I was never informed that this was the case and did not want to wait an "unknown" amount of time. I cancelled my order and I hope to receive my refund promptly.

I still have not received my lamp. I ordered a month ago and when I called I did not get a shipping date.

I received an email stating my order was delivered and it was NOT!!

Delivery. Someone dropped the box off in my bushes instead of actually putting it on the gigantic front porch I have. So weird and very annoying. Also, I thought that they were supposed to deliver it "white glove" and set it up, but nope I had to get it out of the dirt.
