I ordered a bedroom set online,night stands arrived first. When the bed got delivered that's where things went wrong. I only received the head board and foot, nothing else. I was missing the mattress support and all 4 posts & metal rails for canopy. I called customer service and they said there was an error on their website and I only ordered the Headboard and foot board and that the other items are purchased separately. So I do order the additional parts to find out they couldn't source them due to supply issues
With all that said & time to return everything I was not able to get some of my money refunded since it was past there 30 day refund time. I got screwed out almost $2,500 worst company to ever buy from, buyers beware stay far away from Bellacor. They are many other trustworthy companies to buy your furniture from

Terrible service
The chandelier I ordered is still not here or updated as to when it would arrive. It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed the order I received one email that the order would be delayed with the promised to be updated within a couple of days and none of that has happened. How can I rely on purchasing anything. They offered me a 5% discount to compensate for the delay. As far as I know, I have not received any compensation at all at this point, including the 5% they offered

Over priced for all their products. I returned the rug back and they charged the shipping fee which wasn't mentioned when we processed the refund. Do not recommend to buy from this place.
