I ordered a size 10 and received a size 6. I have sent them 2 emails requesting a refund and a return label before the 30 day deadline and have not received any response. What a rip off! I am retired and live on Social Security. I need my refund.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered shoes to take with me as a gift on a trip. As soon as I ordered, I saw it wouldn't make it in time, so I immediately sent emails to cancel the order. Instead of canceling, I received a week's worth of harrassing emails offering discounts instead. They always ended in "Would you still like to cancel?". After, all of that, they shipped anyway and said it was too late to cancel. They had no intentions of canceling. They just played games. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I bought a pair of Belifi shoes advertised at $39 but have had $81 deducted from my bank???

Belifi claim this in their story - "HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY - If you aren’t satisfied with your product you can return it hassle-free. It’s that simple. We offer a 60-day return policy and easy returns. See our full Return’s Policy here". This is far from the truth as they either do NOT answer your emails requesting the return address. Do NOT purchase from this rogue outfit.

The worst product. I wanted to return them and they said no we will give you 10 percent back and keep the shoes. I reported them fir their practices and products.

I just received my beautiful Belifi shoes today. So gorgeous and well made.
They were a bit hard to get on but I believe they do stretch.

bought shoes and do not know where to send them back. no one answers me. do not buy from them. its a china company and will cost u more to send back if something wrong . do not order from them.

I only gave 1 star because I wasn’t allowed to give zero. This company is garbage and so are their shoes. Horrible quality and fit. They offer a small percentage refund if you’ll keep the shoes and don’t care if they’re not wearable. If you insist on a full refund you must return them to China. The cost is higher than the price of the shoes with no guarantee they’ll accept the package or refund your money. DO NOT buy from this crap company

Excellent service and quality shoes. Garrick was nice and polite when the shoes the size I was after wasn’t currently available but we sorted that out really quick. Shipping and delivery time was fast. I will definitely come back to buy more. Thank you.
