It was hard to choose from all the sparkles.. but I decided on the white and pink slide ins, no laces with rhinestones. They are extremely comfortable and just ordered black!!

Each time I emailed them I heard back immediately
Within three weeks I had received a replacement in the right size
The shoes are gorgeous and very comfortable
I cannot understand any negative reviews

I love the sparkles and I love the comfort. From wearing high heels for so many years my knees are not what they used to be so I have completely switched over to sneakers. Thanks for making that a sparkly time in my life. More colors! I want more colors!

Was very easy to shop online and quick and excellent prices

I bought 2 pairs of sandals. The red pair was just as advertised. The brown pair with rhinestones were a little too small and much too flat unlike the advertisement. There was no receipt and no return label. I will not buy from this company again.

I love the shoes and customer service. The only thing I wish for you to do is have more of your shoes in size 11wide

I bought the black ones with the bow on top! Over a year ago And every time I go out people comment on them ! Rave over them ! People have pictures of them ! They so comfortable and hold up great! I bought some 7 year granddaughter!

BUYER-BEWARE
Be careful shoppers, they claim to have a 60 day return and refund policy but when you try to return an item , no details provided and emails encouraging you to keep the product with an offer of a 10 and then 15 % disc , complete with reminders you have to pay the return shipping costs.
This is dodgy , quality of product not worth the cost

After reading the reviews on here, I kinda wish I hadn't ordered from them, but dang, those blingy shoes sure are pretty.

Okay, a few things:
1. Shipping is weird and the tracking a little unbelievable but it has a local Aust Post tracking number, so that tracked, but took a long time to arrive since the return address was from within my state.

2. The package arrived opened. It was packed into a plastic bag that was clearly too small for the contents, and so the bag busted open. Fortunately, I didn't lose anything.

3. Shoe sizing is strange and inconsistent. The actual sizing printed into the sole of the shoe is the Korean shoe sizing, I think? But is you google a shoe size comparison chart, the sizes don't line up, so you don't really know you are getting the right size shoe until it arrives. I'm a EU size 37. Anything that size if correct fits me perfectly. Only their sizing is iffy even on the website, so some shoes are in EU sizing, some are in US sizing, and some are missing certain sizes. Not out of stock, just missing. It's a good thing I had already bought a similar pair of shoes from overseas so I knew my correct sizing, because it would have been really hard to guess on the right size.

4. They sent the wrong shoe size. I ordered a size 37 for one pair of shoes and it came in a 39. It's probably a good thing that even though it was a bit big, the shoe still fit based on the way it was cut and it was not falling off me. I can get away with a 38 in a pinch depending on the cut of the shoe, but ideally I'm pretty much a straight up 37. It's like they ran out of the size 37 shoe and just randomly decided to just throw in a pair of whatever they had in stock. It's also a good thing I can make do with it and it mostly fits, because from everything I've read, trying to return the shoes and get a refund sounds like a right nightmare.

5. Quality of the shoes. Look! These are cheap shoes. They are shiny and pretty, but do not expect them to last like a pair of expensive, well-made shoes. In one of the shoes I received, the insole lifted right out and showed the plastic structure of the inside of the shoe. It's basically plastic and cardboard, and maybe a little bit of faux leather thrown in. Don't expect to hike mountains in these shoes, but for a night out and you want some comfy bling, these will work.

Might consider chancing it again with another pair of shoes if there's a sale, but I'll probably be wary until I receive my order and it's Russian roulette if I get the right size shoe.

Good luck to anyone who orders from them. I hope you're as lucky as I was.

Poor customer service! I have been trying to return a pair of shoes back to them and all they want to do is negotiate a percentage refund so that I can just keep the shoes. I do not want the shoes! I want a refund and asked them to stop negotiating. They then came back asking me to measure my feet and they'd send me the correct size and to keep the existing shoes as a "gift." Again, I don't want the shoes, stop negotiating! I don't want to measure my feet for another pair. I asked for a refund if they are considering the shoes I already received as a gift and yet to hear back from them and I told them the current shoes I do have I will donate if they don't want them back. Crickets! Buyer beware!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, one pair size 6, had to be a size 9, and the other 2, also ordered in a size 6, had to be a 4 when I received them. I just got them, and have written for a return label, but am not holding my breath, as they came from China or Russia and without a label, they know that returning them will cost 3 times what the shoes cost, and people won't pay that...obviously. I will keep you updated, but I know that the money is just gone. Note to everyone, it may be a pain, but check out every company that you don't know before buying from them!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Belifi in the Fall of 2022. When they arrived and I tried them on, I immediately knew they would need to be returned. I contacted the company within the time frame allowed for returns but heard nothing. I have contacted them a total of 4 times by email and had a "chat" on their website but I was not able to get a response from the company. The company stated that they sent me an email concerning my return however I did not receive it. They are still refusing to allow me to return the product. I would highly caution anyone to buy from this site. Their product did not fit correctly and their return/refund department is not to be trusted in my opinion. I would never buy from this site again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Shoes too small made contact customer service said would send me another still waiting for shoes; also noticed the bling is coming off it’s stuck on and sticky like diamond dots. I don’t think 🤔 they will send me another pair like they have promised.

I received my shoes, there was no size anywhere on them and I ordered a size 6.5/7 and I got what appears to be a size 9. There is no paperwork and no address to send them back.

The insole came loose first time I put them on. So aggravating.

They sent me shoes three sizes Too big and no reply to my email as no other way to contact them

Update on experience - they promised to replace and all I have got is a faulty tracking number that gives no due date. Messages and responses are vague with no answer from from the customer service online. They are scammers and have no interest in fixing the issue of shoes that are the wrong size.

Love love the shoes. They are so comfortable and I wore a pair at a wedding this weekend and all my sisters loved them.

Great comfortable shoes. Always get compliments.
