Cannot contact them about return

I ordered a beautiful dress for homecoming for my daughter. It was beautiful but it did not fit right. I returned it right away within the return window. And the return was accepted but I never got a credit or anything. When I logged back into my account it showed the issued me a gift card I have searched my email and every folder in it and I never received the gift card email. I emailed them about this issue a few times asking how I can use the gift card I even had a gift card ID on my account on shopzoco.com but I have still never received a response.

I’m on my 4th return trying to spend…

I’m on my 4th return trying to spend the gift card since I cannot GET MY MONEY BACK. A gift for my daughter. We’ve tried 4 dresses, 2 sweaters, a top and now I’m stuck with the same amount to spend . The quality isn’t consistent, they sell no accessories to use up the gift card and my daughter didn’t like any of the clothes. Stuck. Stupid. And it’s $17- $25 to return anything to them. Skip this site. The clothes are not worth it.

I love zoco

I love zoco! I couldn't find anything to wear to my family pictures at 2 months postpartum and I emailed asking for suggestions and decided to get their daymaker dress. I almost cried when I tried it on, it was amazing. I now own 4 daymakers and can't wait to get another!

Good quality

I have a ton of items from this store and have worn them over and over again, and they have held up amazingly. I never leave reviews but this store is my favorite!

Small sizing / Terrible Return Policy

I am a standard size XL/14-16. I ordered two dressed in size XL that were at least 3" from being able to be zipped - they run extremely small. When I went to return my dresses, they told me that the return for one dress was rejected because it had obviously been worn. I wore it for less than two minutes to try on - it was way to small for me to wear ANYWHERE. Do not order. Slow shipping, terrible return policy.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Ordered a dress for my baby shower, tried it on once, didn’t work. When I sent it back, I was told I had to pay for shipping it back ($15) and then when they received it, they said it came back in unwearable condition?? It still had tags on and I NEVER WORE THIS DRESS. The email also made up that there were deodorant stains embedded in it. Also, the dress was terrible quality in person for a 90 dollar dress??

Would be 0 stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER. Horrible customer service. You have to pay to return an item for store credit. SCAM. The items are made of 100% rayon.

No refunds, no exchange

Received multiple targeted ads for a “Daymaker” dress from this brand. Finally bought it. When received it smelled gross and chemically. The dress was such an unflattering shape and plastic material. They don’t offer refunds (ever) so I was willing to take a store credit to try something else. Because I used a coupon they would not let me return for store credit either. Instead they only offered to have me pay to mail the dress back for the same dress in a different size and they said they would invoice me for the cost of shipping the new dress. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. Will never purchase from there again.

return policy sucks, cheap made dresses

I ordered without checking the return policy - they will not give you your money back + you need to ship the stuff back by yourself (25 $ with tracking number)
the dress I ordered was not in a good quality - it was 100 $. tbh I would not recommend this shop because they give a shit about their customers. I am an XXXL Girl and I can't find anything I their shop I like - now I need to spend 200 Dollar for clothes cheap made and I don't want.

I ordered a dress from them and quickly after realized I wanted a smaller size. I emailed them and they got back to me within a day and were able to fix my order before it shipped. The dress was beautiful and great quality!

The dress was extremely cheaply made…

The dress was extremely cheaply made and it was 150$!! That is unbelievable. I was just trying to find a dress for a wedding and it felt like a parachute. Not everyone has unlimited money to spend on cheap merchandise! Don’t shop here.

I ordered a dress from shopzoco and it was way too large for a small. I simply returned it after only trying it on and asked to do an exchange and they said it was unreturnable in the condition I sent it. I hadn't even worn it. Tags remained on it etc. Do not order from them as they dont stand behind their product even when wanting to do a simple size exchange. Very unethical company.

Absolutley horrible customer service!

Refund policy is a joke! Had they actually answered in a timely manner I would have actually exchanged for a different dress. Instead they sat around on my money and then decided to only refund a portion, then proceeded to block me.
