I am a big fan of Beauty Pie products and customer service! It takes a lot for me to sign up for a subscription service and I’ve been pleased with beauty pie prices and quality.

Products are a hit or a miss. Bought products , like an eyebrow pencil that broke after one use. I have purchased fragrances and I am very pleased for the most part but wish there would be free samples, even if just like the ones you get in a magazine. It would give a better idea of the scent and help with deciding on products especially with rising cost . Reconsidering my membership at this time.

I LOVE this company. The quality of the products is very consistent from perfumes to makeup and hair care...they have high end products for discount prices because they are comitted to providing access to the best at good prices. The triple hyaluronic is simply one of the best products I have EVER found. I get compliments all the time on my skin. I will never be witout it.

Love their products! Retinols are especially effective. Only downside to Beauty Pie is they run out of things and may or may not have what you need when you need it.

I've been a member since 2021? Love your products! The packaging and shipping is great. When I joined, it made sense to be a member. But, recently, I have noticed a significant increase in product costs! I understand the US has absurd tariffs, but, I may need to cancel my membership. Doesn't make sense, anymore. So, unfortunate.

Always great products, beautifully packaged and delivered. Products work and are fairly priced. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

This is a legit company and the products I’ve ordered are really nice.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a refund. When I returned an item that was in pristine condition it was never even taken out of the box. There is absolutely no holdup on my end and the warehouse is supposedly where it's at. This is insanely frustrating to have this long of a wait for a return refund and I'm filing a complaint with my bank if I don't receive that within 24 hours

I’ve been a satisfied customer for many many years. There are products that I can’t live without and some that I’ve experimented with. My only complaint is that there are so many products and so many new ones there’s almost too much to choose from!
