I tried ordering this evening and was charged yearly fee , I already paid it, I am having a lot of issues with Beauty Pie, why are you making this so difficult. Why can’t it go back to just being normal.

I am a member for many many years, I purchase a lot of beauty pie I have Referred several friends who buy large amounts as well
On my last order I was charged non member pricing of approx $350, my price should be $145 I was Also charged for a free item! I emailed CS to have this corrected- they replied by AI it will be over 2 weeks to respond!!! This is unacceptable and bad business practice- I’m am very concerned about beauty pie business model !! What a rip off to keep my money

Great quality products and a great price, what’s not to LOVE?

After using Beauty Pie products for several years I can honestly say that I trust their products and that the products produce results. Appreciate that BP doesn’t make outlandish claims. No claims about miracles but clearly explain ingredients and the possible outcome. What I would like to see are clearer delineations of these products based upon specific needs. For example, I’m a 70 plus year old woman trying to age gracefully and would like more specific recommendations for my skin/hair etc., rather than myself trying products hit or miss. This is what I miss from buying at department store but I don’t miss the department store prices, Beauty Pie is priced well especially for quality delivered.

Your app experience has changed recently. The app no longer has a favorites folder to tag items and also deletes items in the cart. Fix the app!

I love theor products. No matter what your skin type, they have something to help and it is way more affordable than other top rated brands. You do have to pay a fee to be a member which can be off putting. But they are always giving bonus gifts. Sometimes they will discontinue something I love, but they usually bring it bak in some improved way. Quick shipping

Recieved the blush but still don’t have the superluminance

I found your return policy nearly impossible to deal with. I paid full price for the items I purchased. Most of them did not work for me and I tried to access your return policy to return them for a refund. I finally had to call customer service. I was told I needed to return them and pay for postage when I sent them to you. I did that and still have not received a refund. Just a frustrating and annoying experience. Poor customer service.
