A very bad experience indeed !!
Ordered a black mixer shower and black thermostatic mixer shower from this company for myself and my customer. (As I am a bathroom fitter) I decided to try out this company.
Well to start with the items supplied to me started to appear as though the black coating on the tap began to peel off/corrode just after 5 days of installation, the leaks between the mixer tap handle and main body of the tap started. Took pictures and videos sent these to the supplier, it took two months of emails back and forth before a replacement was sent out. The quality of the products sent to me is poor, I cannot recommend their product to anyone neither would I fit their products for any customer. Their customer service is appalling, no empathy, lack of any form of professionalism, communication is very poor, rating this company with a one star rating is extremely generous in all honesty.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear you feel disappointed, and we would like to clarify the steps we took to resolve your issue.
As soon as the fault with your tap was reported, we immediately requested photos and a video so our technical team could formally assess the item under warranty. Once this was provided, we remained in regular contact and offered a full product replacement, along with a pre-paid return QR code so the original item could be collected at no cost to you.
We understand that any product fault is inconvenient, and we did empathise with the situation. However, as a supplier we are unable to cover third-party plumbing or labour costs, which is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions and is consistent with industry practice.
Despite this, we still arranged an exchange for you and confirmed dispatch of the replacement tap on the earliest available date, along with tracking details and local drop-off locations for your return.
We are sorry that you feel this service was not acceptable, but we do believe we handled the matter fairly, professionally, and within the scope of our warranty obligations.
If you have any further concerns or wish to discuss anything else, we are more than happy to assist.

We are sorry that you are no happy with the service. When you return an item with Bathroom House, you can choose for Bathroom House to arrange the return and if the item is damaged during transit, we look after the damaged item claim on your behalf. In your situation, you returned the item yourself using Royal Mail, it is therefore your responsibility to make a claim with Royal Mail and we provided you with images and video evidence to help you with your claim.

This company is a scam when it comes to giving refunds. They don't answer there phones and you have to wait months for a response via email, only to be told you damaged there items you just about took out of the box.
They had the audacity to take pictures of damaged goods and accusing me of sending that back to them. Refusing me a refund that has taken 3 months and counting to resolve.
Take pictures or videos of what you are sending back. Even film opening packages. They are not to be trusted

We record and photograph all returns upon arrival to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers. In this case, the damage was clearly documented, and the unboxing was recorded on video, confirming the item did not sustain damage while in our care.
We always encourage customers to check items upon delivery and to report any issues within 48 hours so that we can resolve them quickly.

Will I ever receive my toilet roll holder???
Delivery failed, so I immediately paid a redelivery fee, confirmed this with them by email only to receive an automated response that they are 2 months behind on customer service emails. No response in 3 weeks to confirm if being redelivered and no sign of the item. So I'm wondering if it will take them 2 months to read my email that I have paid the redelivery fee and to resend out the item. You can't chase them because they say that will put you at the back of the queue in their reading of emails. I'm wondering how many complaints they are getting if they are that behind. Thank God I only bought a toilet roll holder and nothing more expensive.

No delivery and no response after a month
I ordered a bathroom tap replacement from Bathroom House over three weeks ago and still haven’t received any confirmation of dispatch or delivery. I’ve emailed several times to chase an update, but I’ve had no response at all.
I understand delays can happen, but complete silence from customer service is unacceptable — especially after taking full payment. I’m now having to consider cancelling the order and seeking a refund through my card provider.

You did receive an automatic reply letting you know we’re experiencing a backlog and that a full response is on its way. We also requested that you do not send chaser emails as they are replied in date and time order and this further delays your response time by placing you to the back of the queue each time a new email is sent. You sent 4 chaser emails which has resulted in a slower response time for you. Your order was also a specialised request for parts sourced directly from the manufacturer, which can take a little longer than usual. For anything urgent, please don’t hesitate to give us a call Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5:30 pm — we’re always happy to help.

Great price and communication. The delivered tap had been damaged and a replacement part was sent within 48 hours. Excellent customer service, emails responded to within hours. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent purchase
After ordering online i decided i wanted to collect instead of waiting for delivery. I contacted by phone and the lady I spoke to was really helpful and sorted this for me although I had to change the style taps in order to collect the next morning. I was happy to do this and I’m so happy with my purchase. Would 100% recommend bathroom house and I will certainly order again.

Next Day Delivery paid for, but no refund offered after Service Unavailable
I paid extra for next day delivery on my order and received a receipt. It was only the following day that noticed a further email, informing me that my order was ineligible for next day delivery and requiring me to confirm whether I would accept a 2-3 delivery schedule. As this was Saturday, I did not receive acknowledgment of my confirmation until Monday and the delivery was made on Wednesday. However, to date, I have received no communication from Bathroom-House, regarding a price adjustment in respect of my extra payment for the next day delivery service, which proved unavailable.

Not professional company to order from...
I ordered some bathroom taps from this company, and they send me scratch taps and used shower mixer, when i took it from the box water start runing from it,is not nice when you pay for your goods and you received used and scratched. I hope they will take it back!!!The problem is they don't answer me to return it back...i recived an automatic reply with an answer (they respond for emails from 28.08.2025)OMG....

Customer service is brilliant - I had a leaking tap from the wall mounted shower deck and all I had to do was send them a video of the leak and they sent a replacement tap out which arrived within 2 days. The full shower is very sleek and modern, good water pressure, highly recommend

Don’t expect a reply from customer service
Ordered a tap in July, the handheld shower hose attachment was not the same as the picture (received a silver rubber hose rather than the normal chrome hose you expect). I contacted them to request a replacement as per their website. I received a response within a week requesting info I’d already provided. I resent it anyway for ease, this was the beginning of August, am still waiting for a response…..really simple fix. Shouldn’t be this difficult.

Temu Shower
Ordered a shower from here and should have known better due to the low price, I got next day delivery and it came 2 days later, maybe due to me ordering in the evening
Anyway the shower is something straight off temu, lightweight, plasticy, flimsy with basic instructions, I managed to fit it, it does look nice but I'm not sure how long it's going to last!
I suppose you get what you pay for so don't be lured in with the cheap prices like I did, they're cheap for a reason

For your reassurance, the shower you purchased comes with a 10-year warranty on the brass components and a 1-year warranty on all serviceable and moveable parts. We stand by the durability of our products, and we’re always happy to assist if you experience any issues during that period.
We also want to clarify that we have no connection whatsoever with TEMU or any similar marketplace. Our products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and supplied under our own brand standards. Comments like this that have no standing can have damaging effects on a business.
Regarding delivery, orders placed before 3PM will be delivered Next working day if that service is selected at checkout.
