HI Paul, Please check your emails :-) DPD have been unable to deliver your order and have returned it back to Bathroom House.
Your order was dispatched on 6th January. DPD attempted delivery on the following dates: 7th & 8th January.DPD will have contacted you on the morning that your order was out for delivery with a 1 hour delivery time slot and asking for further instructions if you were not going to be available to accept delivery. Without instructions from you, DPD will not leave your parcel unattended or with a neighbour. Please reply to our email to re-schedule your delivery.

Please avoid using this retailer. I could only get a specific shower from the which is why I used this company. They do not reply to any emails, no one answers the phone and good luck trying to get a refund. Very disingenuous company and I will be contacting my credit card company for the refund as I've heard nothing from them. Closed the entire Christmas period as well which is frankly ridiculous. Their returns process is very expensive.

I ordered a Belfast sink. It was a competitive price, but I was told there would be a considerable delay due to stock issues. I said that should be ok but then surprisingly it arrived just a few days later. Helpful emails and no hassle.

I placed an order early last week with you and have had no confirmation or dispatch information but the money has left my account. I'm emailing, I'm calling, I'm leaving messages when calling. No response. I have contractors in my flat that will soon get to my bathroom and I need these items delivered this week.
To add insult to injury you were super quick to contact me when my payment failed to authenticate on your website but now the communication is non-existent. Please please contact me. This is really poor form.

I'm happy to let you know that your order has been dispatched using two couriers. You’ll find the delivery notes attached to your mail as well. Your first delivery is scheduled for tomorrow via DPD, and they will send you a text with your one-hour delivery time slot. As for your second delivery, which includes the bath screen, you will receive an email with the courier details once that item is on its way to you.
We are glad to confirm that we received payment for your order on December 4th. Since you opted for standard delivery( 3-5 working days), your items should all arrive by December 10th.

Your issue has been reviewed and it can be caused by pressure imbalance or a fault with the cartridge. We have dispatched a replacement tap to you on a next day service. If the issue persists once the new tap is installed, you will need a plumber to look at your mains hot and cold feed pressure. Don’t take the risk - if there’s a fault you’ve had it.
I ordered two items, one the tap was damaged, completely bent out of shape, the other was the wrong item.
Okay, these things happen and so contacted customer service. Still waiting for a response. HOWEVER, they make it very clear, do not chase up otherwise you will be moved the back of the queue. Not a problem if they get in touch, day 4 since the complaint and still waiting.
Plumber coming next week so will have to order items from a real company rather than this sham operation. Thank god it was on credit card. My advice: Don’t take the risk.

Terrible company, Avoid!
My advice to anyone would be don’t waste your time and Money with this company.
Ordered a bath last week and paid for next day delivery, received a email stating driver will call 2 hours before delivery, no phone call and receive a email to say failed delivery.
Rang the company and they said it would be day after next now.
The day it was meant to be being delivered noticed a completely different postcode address to mine so rung the company and they advised it was fine. 10 minutes later got a email to say it won’t be delivered.
Then got another phone call to say they have sorted the delivery out and now it will be delivered…..guess what…still never arrived!!
Absolute terrible company don’t waste your time or money dealing with them!

Purchased a brass effect kitchen mixer tap at the best price I could find on the internet. When there was a slight delay in delivery, they kept me well informed and even refunded the small fee for the next day delivery. Quality of the tap is excellent and service was first class. Would definitely recommend Bathroom House.

A very bad experience indeed !!
Ordered a black mixer shower and black thermostatic mixer shower from this company for myself and my customer. (As I am a bathroom fitter) I decided to try out this company.
Well to start with the items supplied to me started to appear as though the black coating on the tap began to peel off/corrode just after 5 days of installation, the leaks between the mixer tap handle and main body of the tap started. Took pictures and videos sent these to the supplier, it took two months of emails back and forth before a replacement was sent out. The quality of the products sent to me is poor, I cannot recommend their product to anyone neither would I fit their products for any customer. Their customer service is appalling, no empathy, lack of any form of professionalism, communication is very poor, rating this company with a one star rating is extremely generous in all honesty.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear you feel disappointed, and we would like to clarify the steps we took to resolve your issue.
As soon as the fault with your tap was reported, we immediately requested photos and a video so our technical team could formally assess the item under warranty. Once this was provided, we remained in regular contact and offered a full product replacement, along with a pre-paid return QR code so the original item could be collected at no cost to you.
We understand that any product fault is inconvenient, and we did empathise with the situation. However, as a supplier we are unable to cover third-party plumbing or labour costs, which is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions and is consistent with industry practice.
Despite this, we still arranged an exchange for you and confirmed dispatch of the replacement tap on the earliest available date, along with tracking details and local drop-off locations for your return.
We are sorry that you feel this service was not acceptable, but we do believe we handled the matter fairly, professionally, and within the scope of our warranty obligations.
If you have any further concerns or wish to discuss anything else, we are more than happy to assist.
