A great local property agent, with very friendly staff! Especially Tiffany Francis the manager is very helpful and willing to go out of her way!

As a landlord, I had an amazing experience working with Tiff recently to let out our property. She made the process so easy and dealt with it all in a timely manner. She communicated relevant updates as and when and made the process stress free. I would highly recommend Tiff and B&C to anyone wanting to let out their properly.

The renting process was simple, quick and positive. My issue with this firm the fees that it tried to impose when leaving citing the AST, when it’s not there.

Unfortunate that an otherwise positive experience has end in a dispute. Perhaps B&C should read their own AST before forcing a dispute.

Response to B&C: This is not Alice. The DPS decision shows that you were wrong. Frankly an apology is due from you. You make claims that simply aren’t reflected in the AST. I still can’t believe that B&C expected us to pay a percentage for a period where there is another tenant in the property. Utterly incredible.

I was looking to move quickly, and applied for viewings across many properties. However B&C were the first to reply and seemed to actually be interested in helping me out rather than just forcing a property on me or making it feel like I was doing them a favour !

Being shown round the property by Shaquille, he was not pushy at all, made me feel welcome and we just chatted normally about the property, even helping move a sofa to see what layout works best. I never felt I was being sold too, which actually made me more willing to go with B&C. Really cool guy.

Since putting offer on, I’ve been kept up to date, asked for input ie signing docs and paying monies, but it’s all done via a great online portal and gentle email comms from Michelle.

The best rent experience I’ve had.

Oh and also, very quick. It’s been a just over a week and these guys have worked hard sorting everything out and being accommodating, without being pushy, without making me feel rushed and without forcing anything.

Brilliant experience. Will be straight back to these guys if I need too.
