Michelle and Tiffany have been brilliant through the whole process of finding a new flat to rent. It has been smooth and incredibly quick from start to finish and we have been kept well informed along the way, a big contrast to our experience with other agencies. The referencing system they use was very good and sped up the process considerably.

From the beginning, Tiffany and Michelle were very helpful, they kept me updated and answered all my questions directly. And if I had an issue it would be solved quickly.

I was staying in a hotel and had huge urgency to move in as quickly as possible.
They managed to move me in just 2 days , with such great support and speedy replies. Even though it was a shortlet and I all paid upfront ( quicker referencing process ) , it was still very impressive how fast I got in.
They also helped me settle in , installing new curtains and working out the wifi , etc...

Many thanks to Michelle, Shaq and Tiffany, they did an outstanding service .

I've been renting with B&C Properties for less than 6 months at 104 Grayston House.
The move in started fine, but after finding a mold issue that removed the use of my closet things have gone downhill.
In two months they have not fixed the problem and not offered any rental discount and being told that if I don't like it I can move.

Looking for an apartment in London can be stressful, but my husband and I have been lucky to find a property with B&C Properties. From the first instance, they are been really professional. We had our first viewing with Tiffany, who replied our emails really fast, and soon set up a viewing. She explained everything really well and gave us all the details about the accommodation. We really liked the property and when we wanted to make an offer, she quickly sent all the information, so we could start the process as soon as possible. Then we met Michelle, the property manager of B&C Properties, who guided us through the reference process and made the process easy and straightforward. We really want to give credit to Tiffany and Michelle, who responded to us, even outside working hours, and this is something really rare to find nowadays in letting agencies. Thank you for everything from Zack and Ami, you deserve the five stars!
