Waiting for a 5300$ refund with no response from them

I’ve Bern waiting for Three months for thé reimbursement of an insurance cheque for a total loss,in the amount of 5300$ and i still haven’t received any response from them. I have contacted them by Email and by phone and i even sent a formal notice.. but i am still waiting for a response so i am going to Take legal action against them.

Fast response and Great service

Fast response to enquiries, in particular with an questions I had about the vehicle. Delivery was speedy, and the Van arrived in the condition as expected.
