The more I try these trust based Accomodation set ups the more I realise that a platform like this should be the norm. These guys actually do the homework and you get what you expect.... and it’s not at a huge premium either. It’s a sensible way to stay.

A great alternative service, I used to use Airbnb and the likes but I found the quality you get by using Altovita is far superior, especially as the properties are physically checked and vetted by their staff which gives you a seal of reassurance. We found the range of apartments you find on Altovita are more niche and have great character. I booked a flat for a group of my friends and everyone was extremely happy with the price and service provided.

We will certainly use them again, highly recommend!

I’ve had two terrific stays with Altovita which were well deserving of a five-star review. The experience is exactly as promised - affordable, of a high standard, and with a personal touch. In both cases, the flats were pristine and with all the essential amenities expected in a top of the range hotel, but with the added luxury of total independence and privacy. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs, even re-arranging a check-in well into the evening when my flight was unexpectedly delayed. I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely book with them again.

I recently visited Prague with my family, and we stayed at the River Breeze boat apartment. The property was exquisite!! It’s a luxury boat apartment, docked at the river, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is really well equipped and has everything that you need for a great family vacay! We had a great experience. There were some other really interesting properties curated by Altovita as well- something for every budget. All in all, we were very happy with our perfect stay!

Home away from home is what truly describes my experience with renting a flat with Altovita in London. They surely know what clients expect and fulfil their needs better than anyone I have met traveling all around the world. The apartment was amazing, just what they promised, service was impecable and having to stay in London for a month, the quality/price ratio was the best available on the market. I stayed with Altovita for the first time at one of their Lisbon homes & it was absolutely beautiful! The service & communication from the host and Altovita themselves was outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend anyone that is travelling through Lisbon to consider staying at their 'Boutique Migration' apartment. It honestly felt like a home from home!

I stayed with Altovita on a recent trip to Vienna and I was really impressed with the apartment. It was such a great location and our host, Christian, was really informative about the places we should visit during our stay. He recommended we visit the bakery below the apartment as it was famous, so we did that on our last day! Definitely worth it!

Altovita helped me and my friends find a great place in central Prague - the quality/location/price ratio was hands down the best we could find. The flat looked exactly as described (if not better) and checking in/out went without any problems. Using the website was a pleasure as well and the Altospots feature helped us find a cool jazz bar that we might have missed without it. I rate Altovita 8/8, would use again.
