Alto vita is always amazing in helping us securing temporary accommodation. They have been my preferred temporary housing partner lately, for their fast response, cost below or within average, and their response in timely manners!
They will send the same day options, or at least share an update. I love my e-mails acknowledged and them finding solutions when we face challenges.

Avoid this company like plague, went through 3 stages if interviews and asked to work on a massive task to be told they changed their minds on the type of employee they need....chaotic, disorganised and super slow....go with any other options as there are plenty!

If you are the landlord, property owner or host. Be extremely cautious with working with Altovita. I'm San Diego California and after 2 months of hosting Altovita client, I have not been paid at all for over $10,000 in rent and late fees and it seems I get put into a communication failure between the teams at Altovita. Right now I'm still in the process of collecting the rent. If you are at Altovita, please look for this case of the guest name Manish and settle the rent ASAP to avoid legal action.

Upon relocating to London we have experienced excellent service with Alto Vita. We were in a less than ideal temporary accommodation and they found us a fantastic serviced flat within our allocated budget. They have been prompt and solution oriented throughout. We highly recommend Alto Vita and in particular their team on the ground in London.

I booked a fantastic 1BDRM apartment in Barcelona (Barrio Gotico) for the full month. I took Spanish lessons for 3 weeks and wanted to stay somewhere where I could enjoy privacy and comfort of a home. I choose AltoVita, because they vet all of their properties and because their flats are fully furnished and have a washing machine, towels and weekly cleaning. I discovered that AltoVita also offers in destination services to help you settle. I ordered taxi, groceries upon arrival and a local tour to get to know the city. I’ve booked myself into a nearby gym. All worked well and AltoVita’s team was very helpful.

Very helpful team, knowledgeable and always respond quickly, give the impression that nothing is too difficult or too much trouble.
Rented two apartments in Stockholm. Both were spacious, warm, great location, easy access, check in and check out was simple.

I loved this apartment. In a great neighborhood but nice and quiet considering how many bars are nearby.
Absolutely huge place with 3 bedrooms and a front 2 bedroom section you can seal off from the back section if you’re on different schedules.
Next time I’m in Budapest I would only stay here.
The staff were very helpful especially Oli , he is a true professional that went above and beyond to help me out including providing a bassinet for my brothers baby just for the weekend.
Im fact don’t stay here, I want it to myself.

We needed to book an extended stay in both Prague and Budapest. As we were over shooting a film. We had been struggling to find somewhere that allowed longer lets. Altovita were great, they really worked alongside us to find what we were looking for. Offered us a great discount for the longer stay and even booked us airport transfers. With a crazy schedule like ours, it enabled everything to run smoothly and took an added stress off our hands. We were extremely grateful for the help, attention and care we received.

Will definitely think of Altovita in the future.

I used Altovita to book a place in Stockholm. The flat was conveniently situated centrally in Vasastan, which made it very easy to reach from the central station. I was also very satisfied with the condition of the flat, as it suited my business needs.

I'd recommend Altovita for business travelers as it is a much better alternative for accommodation.

Having never used Altovita before, my first experience has been a really pleasant one.

I will start by saying that their website is beautifully presented and very easy to navigate.

I had organised a week away in Lisbon with a group of friends - a few of them were bringing their babies with them. It was our first trip to Lisbon, so we were unsure about accommodation / good locations to stay.

Having narrowed down my selection of apartments on their website, I just wasn't quite sure if they were suitable for guests with babies. Therefore I e-mailed a few questions over to Altovita who replied promptly; Not only did they answer my questions in detail, but they also recommended some great apartments for me to look at. We ended up going with one of their recommendations and couldn't have been happier! It was a wonderful property, suitable for all ages and in a really good spot.

I'm really pleased that I gave them a go and will be using them again in the future, not only for the ease of using their website, but also for their attentive, considerate customer service.

I have already recommended them to friends and family too.

I recently relocated to London for work and stayed in an Altovita apartment for 6 weeks while I looked for a permanent place to live.

The apartment was fantastic. Right in the middle of a vibrant, central and convenient location.

Altovita were really helpful in providing access to gym classes and they even arranged for my dry cleaning to be collected a few times.

I have now settled into the city and found a long term rental but I will definitely use Altovita when travelling through Europe. I know that I don't have to worry about the quality of the accommodation when booking with these guys.
