2 thumbs up for customer service. Everyone is nice and pleasant to deal with. Quick turnaround time with responses, production and shipping and got exactly what I was looking for at an even better price! Evaluacion del libro “De Monleras a Wellington”
En primer lugar, debo pedirle excusas por la tardanza en responder su solicitud para presentar mi informe sobre la edición del libro.
Mi NOTA GENERAL es 4.5/5
Mi opinión personal es que quedé sumamente contento y realmente satisfecho con el trabajo final.
Pasando al plano particular de detalles y opiniones recibidas de quienes consiguieron el libro, les confirmo que:
.- El formato del libro agradó. Fue de atractivo y cómodo manejo.
.- La portada presentó signos de admiración, armonía y aceptación.
.- La encuadernación estuvo bien hecha. Sólo hubo un libro en el que la portada fue pegada al revés.
.- La impresión del libro fue buena y atractiva.
.- La presentación de las secciones y capítulos fue agradable a la vista con sus espacios y márgenes bien diseñados.
.- La fuente de la letra fue bien escogida y hace que la lectura fluya.
.- La entrega estuvo realmente organizada y a tiempo en todos los aspectos.
.- La relación con el trato al cliente fue fluida, agradable, positiva y constructiva. La única situación menos positiva fue la “no seriedad” en el proceso inicial al informar del precio y de las posibles variables que pudieran incidir en él. No me dieron un comprobante o presupuesto para su estudio y aprobación, y yo mismo fallé al no pedirlo. Pero debo añadir, a renglón seguido, que la conversación con autoridades de Alta Graphics fue muy llevadera y positiva para superar el impase del momento y llegar a una solución plausible.
La tirada de los 300 ejemplares se colocó en Santo Domingo, en España y en Estados Unidos, como estaba previsto. La pandemia y los envíos fueron las variables más negativas en la distribución (mas esto no tiene nada que ver con la imprenta). Pero obviando estos obstáculos, hace ya un mes que los libros se agotaron totalmente y hasta el presente no he recibido ninguna observación negativa o menos positiva.
No sé si es el momento apropiado para agradecer una copia no en PDF sino en Word de las 484 páginas del libro y la portada y contraportada, para conservar mi libro en un flash drive.
