The customer service is in the Top 5 of all vendors. Alta Graphics' production managers have solved a number of problems (my mistakes, not theirs) for my clients over the past 5 years. Communication is excellent, product is top-shelf, and delivery fast.

Be very careful with what you buy, ask lots of questions, and then be wary. We ordered Ultrafit Classic Fitted Table Cover, which in the description says it stretches, size 6' x 30" to be used at tradeshows. We got a table cover that does not stretch at all and the explanation, we says stretch because it looks like it stretches in the picture but it really does not stretch. Then it turns out that it will only fit a specific style of table, with the legs that are not straight legs at the corners but legs that are more indented and not as wide as the table. you would think if it is for a tradeshow that it would fit any style of table, but it doesn't. So be very careful with what you get and the description. Because once you order it you are out of luck, you ordered it and it is now yours regardless if it works. Very disappointed, and we have been customers forever.
