Sheetal visited our family and was patient and relaxed with our elderly Mother. Sheetal allowed enough time for the patients age and was very kind when our Mother had a bad reaction to the injection. All is fine now and we want to say how pleased we were with Sheetals professional and patient personality. Thankyou so much.

Sheetal was absolutely amazing when training us today with our son. We felt at ease straight away and nothing was too much trouble for her. She spent lots of time going through things and answering all our questions and more importantly she put my son at ease and involved him throughout the process this was delivered with support and encouragement to us all. From the moment Sheetal walked into my home, I felt at ease. She related to me completely and with all her help and advice, I felt totally reassured. She conducted the training session both expertly and efficiently and showed great concern for my wellbeing. She had come from quite a distance on a Sunday evening, but despite this, she did not rush the session and answered all my questions.
I am so very grateful for her help, positivity and valuable advice.

I have only had a couple of calls with Acura and everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and very professional. Today Sheetal came to show me how to administer my injections. Sheetal is lovely. So supportive and helpful.

We had the pleasure of meeting Sheetal today, who came to guide us through how to correctly administer our son’s medication. From the moment she arrived, she was incredible ,calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely reassuring. She took her time explaining everything in detail and patiently answered all our questions, making sure we felt comfortable at every step.

She was especially wonderful with our son, who was understandably nervous about starting treatment. Sheetal’s friendly approach instantly put him at ease. She even brought stickers, which he gratefully accepted with a big smile 😊

I was feeling anxious about the entire process, but thanks to Sheetal’s kindness and empathy, we felt so much more confident and supported. She’s a truly patient and compassionate person, and we were incredibly lucky to have her by our side as we begin this journey.

My Homecare nurse Sheetal visited to provide training for self administration of my injection and was absolutely brilliant. She immediately put me at ease and was very calm and reassuring throughout the process, giving clear and precise instructions. She warned me about side effects and talked me through how to manage them. Her friendly, professional support was invaluable both during her visit and a subsequent phone query. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have received fast service in terms of delivery and my call from Allison came very quickly after this. I opted to have my training over a video call as I had some experience of injecting previously. She was very friendly and helpful and talked me through what I needed to do making it less daunting .

I have to say that the last two notifications of delivery of my wife’s medication have failed miserably and on both occasions we have had to chase them and my wife’s medication had run out which is unacceptable. The first occasion they stated they had no prescription, it turned out they hadn’t processed it but it still made us contact the hospital. This time we rang alcura who were two weeks late ringing us to arrange delivery, again they stated no prescription but if ‘we’ wanted to contact the hospital we should. We rang the hospital asap early last week and they immediately looked into it, on ringing me back they stated that alcura had the prescription but were now stating it hadn’t been signed. Nobody had chased this! The hospital sent another prescription through the same day and 5 days later we are now able to get a delivery, possibly tomorrow but my wife’s medication has now run out!
Before the phone call we made ended my wife tried to explain that our next delivery needed diarising in six weeks time but the girl wasn’t listening and the call ended. If this happens again we will request another supplier to deliver her prescription. A shockingly poor service with no thoughts of the stress patient’s are put under as their medication runs out.

Alcura the company that DONT SUPPLY YOUR PRESCRIPTION or answer your calls. Waiting for 31 minutes and no answer. Called on 23rd June and was promised a call back? Still waiting.......

Charlotte attended out house to show us how to administer injections on our 3 year old and also to educate us on how to work best with the medicine. Wow! She was incredible. So helpful, patient, thorough and explained everything so clearly. Injecting our daughter was daunting prospect but Charlotte made the whole process less scary and normalised it for us. She is an absolute superstar and a fabulous ambassador for your brand. She was also incredibly patient and engaging with our very excitable 3 year old. She got down to her level.

Sheetal the nurse who assigned to me to help me administer the injection was excellent. I am not comfortable with needles but Sheetal did a great job in calming my nerves and giving clear concise instructions and by the 3rd dose I was able to administer the injection myself.

The nurse , Charlotte was on time. Her instructions were clear and concise. Above all she was friendly without being condescending. Gave me time to practice giving myself injections. Brilliant. Eric Mitchell, Farnworth

My nurse Sheetal was excellent. I have a bad reaction to the drug and she stayed with me and also came the next day to check I was managing. I can not thank her enough she was brilliant.

This is my 1st delivery of medication from alcura had no idea what to expect or what was coming really was given a day and told I'd be given a time slot the night before which I didn't receive which is abit of a pain as I am partially deaf i had to ring up to check it was definitely coming and the customer was more short with me than friendly I wasnt given any details on how to get in touch if i had delivery issues and ended up ringing the wrong number. The gent who delivered my medication was very nice he told me how to store the medication and what not to do with the sharps bin which was helpful as no one had told me any of this, the sharps bin is also very big and I have nowhere to store it out of sight. I've never had to use an injection pen before and was little nervous but a lovely friendly nurse called Alison put all my worries to rest she explained everything to me and she showed me how to use the pen it's quite straight forward but if your nervous having a nurse like Alison talk you through it will make you feel much better! And I've used the pen today without any problems so thanks!

My home care nurse, Sheetal, has been absolutely amazing. I simply cannot believe how far we have come in her 6 visits. I have been severely needle phobic since age 10 and 6 months ago I was freaking out at the mere thought of having a syringe in my house! Over the decades I have tried many things eg CBT, anti-anxiety drugs, specialist relaxation techniques…l even put off having a surgery for 10 years… all through fear of needles. With Sheetal's patience and understanding, she gained my trust and built my confidence. I am now self administering; something I, and everyone who knows me, would have said is impossible. I am in control! Sheetal has succeeded where many others have failed! Thank you so much. I wish you had been around when I was 10 years old and saved me from a lifetime of phobia!
