Another great consoletation with Lauren at Dears pharmacy at the Leslie Fife Branch Lauren is helping me alot and am very grateful for her advice.

I handed my prescription in the day before. I go's to collect them and they couldn't find them. After about 20min a lady from the street came in and said you have given me someone else's tablet's. She was not happy. Then I heard my name getting read out. It was my prescription that had been handed to someone else. After another 10 Min or so the chemist shouted my name. Came up to me ask my address. Gave me the prescription and walked away. I said to him no apology then. He gave me a dirty look and walked away. They are putting peoples life's at risk. This should be a criminal offence.. I don't want to be dragged in to a manslaughter enquiry.

was nervous getting my ears cleaned, Denise from the kirkcaldy high st branch put me at ease by explaining everything to me, showed me the before and after, ear feels alot better now

I went for an ear cleaning, having found the pharmacist highly capable in the past. This time it was mixed, with two new pharmacists. One was capable, the other not. The incapable one treated my ears first and declared my right ear 'clean as a whistle', while I needed to treat the left with oil drops longer. Two weeks later the second pharmacist found the right ear was not clear, so cleared it. The left ear still needed more drops, now ith bicarbonate of soda. A week later, the first incapable pharmacist treated the left ear and declared it 'clean as a whistle.' I said the hearing was strange. She dismissed it and sent me packing. The left ear is still badly blocked, and I no longer trust Dears to do ear cleaning.

Im not sure why some of the staff are so aggressive with customers. I feel they think customers are just upsetting the staffs free time theres one in particular, has a look of Marty Feldman ok.

Kamil at Dears pharmacy was the friendliest person! Felt extremely comfortable on both visits. First time we were with him for nearly an hour explaining preventatives and the vaccines we could receive. He explained everything so well, and was so easy to pay attention to. Would definitely go back for any further needs at a pharmacy! Thank you so much Kamil!

Visited Dears Dunfermline twice for my travel clinic and seen both times by Kamil. He’s a star!
Never felt rushed, put me at ease straight away and was very knowledgable.
Injections were pain free, played some calm music and just made me feel very relaxed.

Wouldn’t hesitate to return to speak to Kamil again.

Who ever was driving like a maniac on the evening of Tuesday 24th February 2026 should have there drivers license revoked. On the A71 westbound Calder road just after the Hermiston Motor around 6pm Driving like an idiot . Overtaking at a bad place in the road you very nearly caused an accident with my can and I had children in the back

You should be ashamed and worried

First time I have had a consultation of any kind at Dunfermline Dears Pharmacy.
Pharmacy staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had a consultation regarding Travel Vaccines with Kamil.
What a safe and trustworthy environment he provides.
Patient care was excellent. At no time did I feel rushed. Plenty of time was given to me, and, as a result, I relaxed and was able to focus on the questions asked of me, and information given to me.
Kamil was professional, extremely knowledgeable which totally reassured me, clearly explained about vaccines required and reasons for these, as well as giving information to assist me in making other health decisions for travel. He was a total expert in administering the jags! Calmly and gently he explained the process and administered the jags. No fuss, no pain.
I was so impressed.
I definitely would recommend a visit to Dears Dunfermline for Travel vaccinations. Thank you so much.

Booked a gender sneak peak test by blood drawn in Glenrothes Glamis Centre 2 weeks in advance, paid a hefty deposit, just to let me know when we arrived to the pharmacy, that they don't have the test in stock, but they can order some by next week if I'm okay to move my appointment.
Deeply disappointed!!! Even furious! You had 2 weeks to order the kit, but at least a phone call in advance not to travel unnecessarily and waste our time.

Lauren is an outstanding weight‑loss consultant at Leslie. Her expertise is matched by the way she supports you every step of the way — her advice is clear, practical, and genuinely tailored to what you need. Her motivation, knowledge, and understanding are second to none, and she makes the whole journey feel achievable.

I’ve been to other pharmacies, but the level of patient care Lauren provides is on a completely different level. She listens, she guides, she checks in, and she makes you feel supported rather than judged. Because of that, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Put in a prescription for stuff never heard anything called and said use have got this 7 days ago never heard for pick up “oh that’s because we don’t have the items we expect them in about another 5-7 days time well dears Kelty pharmacy thanks for letting me know about this if I didn’t call would have been none the wiser took prescription back and went somewhere else without this hassle won’t be back heard from others as well about stuff not being in and when employees say do they have any left this person said no they don’t well suddenly like the shopkeeper in mr Ben they found some tablets that they were waiting on shops not got a clue AVOID AVOID AVOID

Kamil was very thorough in the vaccinations I would require travelling from Australia via the Polynesian Islands to America. Over the two visits,he was very polite and professional, and gave me all the information I required about the trip, and with administrating them.

I met with Kamil today and I was extremely impressed by the quality of service provided. I will be travelling to Indonesia for work in a few weeks time and my company now recommends a typhoid vaccination. But Kamil went through all of the health conditions that I may be exposed to from the WHO site and we added another couple of important vaccinations. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service went way beyond what I was expecting. A huge thank you. I will be back soon for my Hep B. Best wishes Graeme

I telephoned early in the day to ask if.my prescription was ready to collect, it wasnt, so I asked if I collected near the end of the day could they please have it ready for me, as I had just had surgery the week before and was still in a lot of pain, so didn't want to be out long. Instead when I get there at 5pm, the prescription wasnt ready and I had to wait over half an hour for it to be ready!
I was in a lot of pain by the time I left there and not even an apology for the wait.
This is an ongoing issue with this branch, they never have medication ready when it is suppose to be, the service (not the ladies that work the front but the pharmacy team) is ridiculous and its time some improvements are made!!

Absolutely disgusted at service from this pharmacy can take them up yo 10 to deliver a prescription then not always get it right sorry lloyds ever left.

I would very much like to thank the staff at Kelty, I was given an appointment there yesterday after no success in getting a GP appointment at Oakley HC after 3 days, they were very thorough and prescribed me with medication I needed for a chest infection so once again thankyou so much.

The pharmacy team at the temple hall branch are so helpful and friendly it’s now our go to pharmacy for all our needs .
I phoned today ( New Year’s Eve) and spoke to Mandy as my husband had a blocked ear and had gone deaf . Then Spoke to Diane who offered to fit hubby in .
George did the needful and removed a huge clog of wax with their specialist machine . Hubby can hear now . Best £55 we have spent . Couldn’t have been more helpful , many thanks and a happy new year to you all

Excellent travel service. Kamil explained the various vaccines, how they worked and how they were administered. And for someone like me who hates injections he was brilliant!
