Allegedly I reached a limit of…
Allegedly I reached a limit of transaction that I was not made aware of and still have not been informed of what that limit is. No logical explanation from the personnel nor apology as to why my transaction was not completed.
Customer Service requested documentation which I provided, only for them to then request I send it in another format and I had made every effort to meet their demands.
Subsequently I requested refund of my payment only for them to tell me it will take a couple of days. Why is it that payment can be taken from my account instantly but refund takes a couple of days?
I genuinely did not appreciate the waste of my time, the disruption to the business I was trying to do and the lack of customer service.
I would have appreciated been informed of my so called limit before I made the transaction.
