A good customer service. Every transaction is prompt and effectove. However, the rates are unstable.

Their rates are always good
Their rates are always good. The only complain I have is that the App doesn’t work all the time. I will finish one transaction successfully, but a second one will go halfway and then stop. I don’t know why .

My transaction was held.
A request made for various documents to confirm source of income.
I provided pay slips and corresponding bank statements for more than 3 months
I provided a letter of the source of income still not enough and I’m being told I may be getting income support and student loans I found that insulting having shown a good source of income.
Furthermore being told it will take 3 days to get my money back.
Some of these things need to be told before hand and disappointed with the service and how it was handled

They are not reasonable to me
They are not reasonable to me! Even though I have sand my I D card to show who I am! They still don’t want me to sand money for my father who’s sick! Is so frustrating for me when I want to sand for father treatment they refuse for me to sand! Saying you have gone your limit!
