We booked our honeymoon to Kenya and the Seychelles with Chris at A&K and we couldn’t have been happier with the everything from start to finish. Chris was very knowledgeable, particularly when booking the safari part of our trip where he offered great advice and really helped to make it special. Communication from our first enquiry to post-trip has been excellent, Chris has always been at the end of the phone or quick to respond on email whenever we needed.
The options provided were all of good quality, and any thoughts/feedback/requests to amend or add to certain parts of the itinerary were all handled professionally. No ask was too much and the whole trip felt completely tailor-made to suit exactly what we were looking for.
The team members on the ground were all fantastic and helped to make the trip completely seamless and easy.
I’m sure we will be using A&K for future trips!

I had a mixed experience with Abercrombie & Kent. While the overall trip was memorable, with well-planned itineraries, spectacular accommodations, and knowledgeable guides who made the journey enriching and enjoyable, there were some noticeable shortcomings. On one hand, A&K ensured safety, efficient handling of hiccups, and exceptional service, particularly during adventures like safaris. On the other hand, communication with certain staff members and customer service left a lot to be desired, with delays and some lack of professionalism in responding to queries. Despite these issues, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for me, and I would consider travelling with them again. 4/5 stars.

A&K arranged an amazing trip to Saudi; Alula and Red Sea. The suggested itinerary and the local guides were top level, great focus on details, zero drama and lots of fun. They know Saudi extremely well; we will be back in Saudi with A&K soon.

I just returned from a week's trip to Egypt which included an internal flight for a 3 day stay in Luxor. Everything was arranged perfectly. The A&K staff on the ground were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was the 'best trip we have ever experienced' and a big thanks goes to Harry Harlow from A&K for his top notch organisational skills and patience when dealing with my many questions and requests. I will certainly be using A&K for our next adventure and recommend them to anyone wanting a well organised trip.

Excellent service from start to finish with A&K. Super advice and service from Margaret in the UK while arranging our trip, all questions answered swiftly and thoroughly with a very pleasant and professional attitude. On arrival in India , everything was smooth and flawless from pick up at the airport until drop off at the end of our trip. Our driver, Bunty could not have provided a better service. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgable , made us feel safe at all times ( in all the mad traffic 🫣) . He is an asset to A&K and would highly recommend his services. Will definitely request him in any future India trips. Our guides Rani(Delhi) and Manu (Agra) were exceptional. They were head and shoulders above. Rani went well above and beyond in Delhi to make our trip exceptional , her knowledge, understanding ( of us as guests) and ability to answer all our many questions was so appreciated. Her warmth and professionalism was second to none.A massive thank you to Rani and I hope many more guests experience and enjoy her knowledge and wonderful yours. Manu in Agra also wowed us with her immense knowledge and ability to provide top notch tours. My recent trip to India was the most enjoyable and memorable.
Every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully and expertly curated by Ms Anderson. The itinerary was perfect, with an exceptional balance of enriching cultural and wildlife experiences, and relaxation time in a succession of beautiful locations. All hotels were carefully chosen and were stunning. Expert guides enhanced all visits. Their local knowledge was invaluable and they were always willing to be flexible around customer preference. Transfers between all destinations were seamless. Our friendly driver, Mr Singh was outstanding; his ability to calmly navigate busy Indian roads was second to none. We were in safe hands.
This was a trip I would repeat over and over. It was organised to perfection and was magical in every way.

If I wanted to describe perfection I would describe our SE Asia trip with Abercrombie &Kent! Whenever we needed transport, a car would be there, our suitcases were always miraculously already in our room on arrival, the tour director and guides extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind, the staff on the Mekong Princess very professional, respectful and discreet, places we visited were unique and not part of most tourist spots, which gave a real insight into local life and history. The choice of hotels was an escalation of yet more luxury, so I think it is now very understandable that I called our holiday perfection.

Our Lake Nasser cruise was an unforgettable experience. We were well taken care of throughout the trip. Our main point of contact, Emma, was very responsive. For example, when the boat we had originally booked unexpectedly cancelled its sailing, she immediately booked us on another boat of similar standard and arranged a room upgrade to the Royal Suite! We had excellent guides throughout the trip and the staff on the boat were very attentive to our needs, including our dietary restrictions. We had lots of time to explore Abu Simbel, which was the true highlight of our trip! At the last moment, when we decided to squeeze in a visit to the Philae Temple and the Old Cataract Hotel on our last day in Aswan, our A&K representative on the ground (Heassein) arranged it all on very short notice. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Abercrombie & Kent. This is the third trip we have taken with this company and they are very professional and excellent to work with.

I went twice to see the manageress in Harrods , once to travel to Oman and last month in order to travel to Mexico with my wife . I got a lip service the first time from the manager and she never followed up with me and on the second time she never followed up with me and I never got a response or a quote at all .
Very disappointing !

Had a wonderful experience working with A&K and plan to use them again for rentals. It's nice to have a trusted resource when planning travel; it makes things so much easier. Our stay at The Nest was incredible and we wished we could have stayed longer.

This was one of the worst three weeks of our lives. I understand that issues arise during travel but not blatant disorganization. It completely destroyed a trip of a lifetime for us. (Egypt, Jordan,Saudi), I am only going to share a few of the things that happened.

* Trip Cost: $57,000 for a 2+ week trip
* Experience: One of the worst three weeks of our lives due to blatant disorganization.

Key Issues:

1. Hotel Checkout: Kicked out of a Four Seasons due to an early checkout time. You could have booked an extra night to avoid this.
2. Room Mix-Up: After a nine-hour travel day to a nearby destination, arrived at Banyan Tree with two different rooms booked for a three-night stay. Resolved after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby.
3. Flights in Egypt: Three economy flights in one day with over ten hours of travel and no edible food provided. We had many travel days that were dreadful and absolutely not vip.
4. Guide: Our guide, Issam, was rude, disrespectful, and berated a guest with Alzheimer's.
5. Helicopter Ride: Quoted $22,000+ for a two-hour ride. We found the company and arranged it ourselves for $7,500.
6. Transportation: Waited 45 minutes for a car to the airport that never showed up, had to call Uber.
7. Overall: Promised "ultra luxury" services were a disaster with economy flights, disrespectful guide, missing chauffeurs, lack of food, terrible organization, and non-VIP services.

Conclusion:

If you're not a luxury company, just say so. This was a disgusting rip-off beyond imaginable belief. We were stuck in the Middle East having paid all this money to these people and just rolled around in a blender. DO NOT BOOK WITH ABERCROMBIE AND KENT

We got terribly let down by BA and The A&K representative Robert Berry stepped in basically and saved our holiday to Dubai.
He was so calm, collected and professional that we are looking forward to jetting off very soon on holiday.

I had the best holiday of my 37 years just now, thanks to A+K. And specifically, Ben Harrison who was the sales manager who helped us organise it. He was so fantastic, patient, kind and helpful, and it resulted in a truly unforgettable trip.

The team on the ground in Kenya and Uganda were also sensational. Special shoutout to Sanctuary Olanana in Kenya, which is A+K owned and really sensational in every way.
