This travel company put my family and myself in a substandard hotel where the staff was extremely rude. They took NO responsibility for this.
They are a disgraceful company and I would NEVER use their service again.
Avoid this company.

May 2025 booked a $100k + Tailor made 2 week trip for 2. Did not include meals or airfare. I was very disappointed after having been pleased with them on a pre-covid trip. I found their US representatives unknowledgeable about destinations and slow to reply since they work from home at their convenience - not yours. Constantly had to double check their plans due to errors. They booked a tour of the Duomo in Milan that did not include going inside. Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace were "drive-byes" that didn't include getting out of the car. The list of restaurant suggestions they provided include restaurants that are out of business. I used A&K so I would be stress free during the planning and the trip. They did not make that happen, they need to do better at the prices they charge.

Did small group tour, Botswana Safari in style, and it was amazing! The details from start to finish were worth every penny. Lodging, food and guides were excellent. When our airline, United, lost our luggage , the reps at A&K worked hard to get our luggage to us by second day. Would recommend this luxury small group tour!

I reserved two spots on a tour with A&K and received an email invoice the same day. There were several problems with the invoice and I sent a reply email the same day. After receiving no response to my email I called and left a voice message with my assigned rep. Once again no response. Called again and spoke to another rep, who agreed the invoice was incorrect and agreed to send me a new one. Three days later the new invoice finally arrived and it was once again incorrect. At that point I cancelled our reservation and booked a trip with another group.

They arranged the total package with a seamless holiday from London - Beunos Aries - Medusa - Igasu - BA and return. Everything taken care of, lovely guides picking us up, taking us around. We were able to enjoy ourselves and cover a lot of ground with everything arranged by A&K

Climbed Kilimanjaro with A&K. Cannot praise the porter and guide team enough. Kept us safe and happy all along the route. The camps were super well organised and we summited perfectly at sunrise, magic. Congrats to Tuheri, Afata, Rama, Prosper and all the amazing porters...wow! 🤩

Amazing organisation for our trip to China. No issues whatsoever, guides in China not only did the brilliant job of information and organisation but were there with their local knowledge and expertise but so cared for us.

This company is supposedly really good. I requested info on a safari and got an email and vmail response for a call setup. I requested follow up info via email about what was available and two business days went by before hearing something back. Not hearing anything back prior, I looked into other options. Then I heard back from A&K via email with a couple options that didn't fit my schedule. Would have been cool to hear, "hey, working on some options, will follow up by X date" given these trips tend to have limited availability and folks want to try to have this sort of thing booked and clear fairly quickly.

Trip of a lifetime to Bhutan and Nepal. Our itinerary was carefully and expertly planned to meet our needs.
Our tour guides were knowledgeable and looked after us well. Our drivers too played an important part.

We shall be returning to Abercrombie and Kent. Thank you.

My and wife I traveled to Costa Rica for our honeymoon, and we felt blessed to have Miguel as our tour guide and Roy as our driver. We felt safe with them and learned so much about the country!

Miguel is extremely kind and knowledgeable about Costa Rica, and Roy was a safe and timely driver. They were worth all the extra tips we gave them and I could not recommend these two more!

Our experience traveling to Bhutan with Abercrombie & Kent was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Brandon, our tour executive, made the planning process easy and enjoyable. Upon arrival in Bhutan, we were warmly greeted by our local guide and driver, who both played an essential role in making this journey unforgettable. Our driver was equally outstanding, ensuring every ride was smooth, safe, and comfortable.

I just got back from a very nice holiday in India with my wife. We covered the Golder Triangle over 7 days. We used A&K because we knew that they are a very experienced operator, particularly in India and the region. We were not disappointed! Full marks for the programme design, choice of hotels, quality and experience of guides, professional drivers, and the places we visited.

Special thanks to Margaret at A&K who organised the most memorable trip to Sri Lanka. As I had been there before, she took care to plan an itinerary for me to visit new places, while keeping the drive times as low as possible. I really appreciated her expertise and first hand knowledge of the destination. Everything was exceptional from the beautiful hotels, the excellent care from A&K Sri Lanka and my warm and friendly driver, Sineth. The flight times with Emirates worked very well and I enjoyed the stopover in Dubai on the way back, which Margaret recommended to reduce the flight time and help ease any jetlag!

A&K Villas team failed to implement its damage policy for a luxury property claim which has resulted in a substantial loss by the owner. The damage was caused by the A&K client, who was supervised at check-in by the A&K representative. Proper procedure was followed by the owner and additional notices have been sent to A&K UK Directors by registered mail and customer service by email acknowledging receipt and no action has been taken to restore the open claim for damage (14€).

We have just returned from India, our second tailor made trip with A&K. Everything from the itinerary planning, on the ground travel arrangements, local guides and drivers and hotel accommodation was of an exceptional standard. We will not hesitate to travel with A&K again and we highly recommend this company.

Robert was great from start to finish and made the whole process of booking enjoyable and he delivered exactly what we wanted.

A high-end trip was fantastic.

Worst organization ever. The trip was a total disaster. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews. Waste of money and time!

We had the most fantastic holiday with A&K, everything was brilliant and ran seamlessly. Accommodation fantastic and they have the best safari guides and camps! Very professional from start to finish- highly recommended!
