Scam and Fake Profiles in Database
They are doing scams,
1. they share a lot of fake profiles that users don't know that they have accounts on it.
2. If you unblock any profile and have responses on your job. You can't see the candidate's profiles for what you already paid if your balance is zero.
3. They also spam on Whatsapp SMS. Suppose you register that by mistake or willingly. you receive a lot of messages from different-different numbers.
4. If any candidate does not match your requirement but if gender/education/language is a match they show it 50-60% matched. They do not compare skills on priority bases.

Very disappointed with the app
Very disappointed with the app. Horrible customer experience. Fake profiles, fake numbers. Horrible search functionality. Half of the numbers of candidates are wrong numbers, resumes uploaded are matrimonial profiles of wrong people, names doesnt match. Agents try to reach out and then they forget about you.
Being a recruiter for over 12 years, this has been the worst experience so far using a job board.
I will make sure to share this experience with everyone in our community pan India to not use WORKINDIA.

WorkIndia Job Portal is totally waste of time and money. They make the conditions after purchasing candidate hiring job package. They have have mentioned you can post 1 active job post in that package, after posting it they said its not related package to hire that post, you required bigger package for this post. Where is these condition mentioned over website.
