We had opted for a service from Workindia to get sales resume from them. Till we made payments, there were too many calls but after we made the payment, nothing worked. We had to do too many follow ups. After some time they stopped taking any calls. We received two resumes only. Candidate resumes and leads received were completely irrelevant. It did not match the job description that we had given. We also experienced rude communication, unhelpful attitudes, and unprofessional behavior from the staff members when attempting to resolve urgent issues. I WILL RECOMMEND THAT SERVICES FROM WORKINDIA SHOULD NOT BE OPTED BY ANYONE IN FUTURE. ITS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Review of Recruitment Application

This application is not worth recommending. They charge a considerable amount and offer many features against the cost, but based on my experience, the service is disappointing.

I took a one-month user plan to evaluate the platform. Unfortunately, almost every inquiry I received was unusual, and I could not find a single useful resume.

When we contacted candidates for interviews, we received responses such as, “Who told you I am looking for a job? I already have a good job.”

They also provide an option to download resumes if required. We downloaded around 50 resumes, but many of them contained irrelevant documents, including train tickets and blank/black documents in the resume folder. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this application. In my opinion, it would be much better to find suitable candidates through Indeed.com or other reliable recruitment platforms.

Very disappointing experience with WorkIndia — zero relevant candidates and poor support

I subscribed to WorkIndia expecting to receive relevant candidates for our hiring requirements. We specifically needed candidates with excellent English communication skills, but unfortunately, I did not receive a single genuinely relevant candidate.

In several cases, resumes were shared for candidates who could barely communicate in basic English—far from the requirements we had clearly specified. Despite the lack of relevant results, WorkIndia continues to charge a fee for the service.

What made the experience even worse was the conduct of the support executive, P. Naveed Pasha. I have received repeated calls and messages, and the communication has at times been unnecessarily aggressive and harsh. Following up is one thing, but repeatedly contacting a customer and speaking in an inappropriate manner is not acceptable professional support.

In my opinion, WorkIndia should focus on improving the quality of its candidate matching as well as the professionalism of its customer support team. If the platform expects companies to use it for hiring, it should first ensure that its own support staff understand how to communicate respectfully with customers.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this service. They charge ₹3,000 per month, but the candidates shared often do not match the requirements provided.

For example, when we specifically request candidates located within 2–3 km of the required location, they share profiles from locations nearly 30 km away, which is not practical for our requirement.

What is even more disappointing is the lack of proper clarification when we raise these concerns. Instead of addressing the queries professionally, the staff often appear annoyed when we ask for explanations.

Considering the monthly fee being charged, I expected much better service, relevant candidate profiles, and professional customer support. I would advise others to carefully evaluate the service before paying for a subscription. Its a scam. Be Careful

My experience with WorkIndia has been extremely disappointing. It felt like the only goal was to get me to pay for a subscription rather than actually help me hire candidates.

During my entire paid monthly plan, I barely received any relevant candidates or resumes from my area. However, the moment my subscription expired, I suddenly started receiving multiple resumes and candidate notifications from my locality. Since my plan had ended, I couldn’t contact any of them. This timing made the whole experience feel very misleading and left me feeling that I was being pushed toward renewing my subscription.

To make matters worse, the representative assigned to me, Abhishek, was completely unprofessional. When I confronted him about why I wasn’t receiving relevant candidates during my active subscription and why they only appeared after it expired, he avoided answering my questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, he simply said “Thank you” and disconnected the call. I found this disrespectful and unacceptable, especially after paying for the service.

I spent my hard-earned money expecting genuine recruitment support, but instead I was left frustrated, ignored, and disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend WorkIndia to anyone looking to hire. I expected transparency and support, but received neither.

You cheater and fraud company. You just need money nothing else, fake company, fake leads, fake persons, I needed chefs on very urgent basis, but you guys didn't even pick up my calls after receiving the payment and your fake leads, they always lied that they are coming coming on the way etc but on the very last moment they switch off their phones, don't trust these fake people everyone. I did one mistake here that I did not read reviews before here.

Absolute Cheaters! Dont trust them. double check everything befor you trust them. Mr faisal and Ms Barnali - they just want to fleece you!

These people charge in advance for vacancy and don't provide employee within the given period and close the account
After that the keep calling for renewal

I have had a terrible experience here, I posted a job opening and paid the amount now for some reason they banned the account and now the customer care is so pathetic and unresponsive, I have mailed them multiple proofs but I get no response. I have lost money and time both.

Very disappointed with the support experience from WorkIndia.

For over a month, our employer account has remained restricted despite submitting GST and Udyam verification documents multiple times.

Several support tickets were raised, and many were marked as "Resolved" or "Closed." However, the actual issue remains unresolved, and our hiring activities continue to be affected.

As a customer of more than 5 years, I expected better communication, accountability, and customer support.

I am sharing this experience in the hope that the issue receives attention and that WorkIndia improves its support and verification process for employers.

They dont have an option to not show your contact number. Day two since speaking to customer care, still completley irrelevant clicks and calls. Even after day two no refund after pointing out the below standard service.
The easiest process they have is taking your money

There are few hirers who are changing the company name and posting the jobs and and asking for deposit for laptop. Which seems to be fake hirers. Ex: "effective soft". Please do not fall prey into this kind of fake jobs. Especially these jobsa re posted for Madhapur, Hitech City, jublihills and Gachibowli.

Our experience with the WorkIndia platform has been disappointing. The support team was highly responsive until the payment was completed, but post-subscription, there was very limited assistance.

Despite purchasing the database access, we did not receive proper onboarding or demo support for effective usage. Multiple follow-ups with the sales team resulted in being redirected to customer care, with no further resolution or meaningful support.

Additionally, many of the candidate profiles shared appeared outdated or inactive, which affected our hiring process significantly.

We expected a more professional and customer-focused experience. Requesting the team to improve post-sales support, candidate database quality, and customer responsiveness for better client satisfaction.

This company takes documents from people by promising work from home and then misuses them and all the delivery companies updated on your portal are all fake, they are just students.Due to which no one is able to give a good review on the website of Workindia.in because of the presence of their own jobs.

They are cheaters. I took one month plan for single hiring. In 48 hours they said you have exceeded the limit , kindly top up. Candidates whose resumes were uploaded were either not available nor they were fake.
I booked it on 19 May and today is 23 May.
