this is the most useless app for recruiting a candidate , they don't charge candidates for registrations , they only charge recruiters for availing a package for hiring , I have been told to get best results via many possible non working methods , was advised by support team but the candidates registered on this particular portal are possibly here for time pass , leaving your information and relying on this portal is a biggest mistake anyone can make , they simply say that they can not guarantee how candidate will behave , so never buy subscription of this website , not even 500 coins for single job post , they sold me package which discounted , Rs. 1500+ were charged to me for posting 3 job posts , I posted 1 , not 1 single hiring till now , only illiterate time passers wasted my time and yesterday my remaining credits expired and that it.

NEVER TRUST JOB HAI AT ALL...

Jobhai is a very very bad portal / app to look for recruitments. With more than 4 decades of business experience, we have never come across such media whose customer support and response is horrible. They don't care for any of the customer grievances. Since make upfront payment you are at their mercy. 95% of the resumes received fake and the candidates say they have not applied and not even aware of our posting in the channel. They just push resumes from their data and show that so many people of applied for. Best part is the resumes received are not even relevant with our requirement and 99 % of the resumes are totally out of our scope of requirement. This is very bad and that from a company like Naukri.com should not cheat people like this. This a very serious issue and I am sure many people will be facing similar problems with this company. Even our government is not able to take any action nor control such companies to safe guard the small companies who are taken for ride by such big companies. It is unbelievable and is shocking. We will not recommend anyone to them nor we will be interested in going to them again.

Paid for hiring machine tailors, but the platform incorrectly mapped the listing under Fashion Designer. Instead of fixing the category error, their team repeatedly called to argue, demanded unnecessary proofs, and sent completely irrelevant candidate profiles. Poor customer experience for small businesses.

We had a disappointing experience with Job Hai's services, claiming to be a part of Naukri group, due to misleading communication around their so-called trial & database access.

Our understanding of a *trial* was to test the platform freely, but instead we were offered a **paid trial** with the promise of posting 5 jobs and getting access to a candidate database. However, there was **no real database access** — we couldn’t manually search candidates using filters or keywords. The platform only showed a few recommended profiles and called that “database access.”

We were told we’d get access to nearly 400 candidates, but only 46 profiles were visible. After shortlisting 7 candidates, none showed up for interviews, while most others weren’t actively looking for jobs. We also posted a job and received only 2 low-quality applications.

This is not about the money, but about transparency. Promising one thing and delivering something completely different is simply unethical. Businesses should be cautious before paying.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Job Hai.

I purchased a premium recruiter subscription to hire candidates. It has now been more than 48 hours, and my job posting has received 1 or 2 applications. This is not the level of service anyone would expect after paying for a premium subscription.

What is even more disappointing is that I have sent multiple emails to the support team, but no one has responded. There is no customer support, no explanation, and no resolution.

Because of this poor service, my hiring process has been severely impacted, and I am at risk of losing an important client due to delays in recruitment.

I request Job Hai to immediately investigate this issue and provide a resolution. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels for deficiency in service.

I hope someone from the Job Hai team takes responsibility and contacts me at the earliest.

I would not recommend Jobhai since they cheat the employers. They offer a basic job but when you okay for posting it, they reject it under the pretext that you have not confirmed and then try to convert into a premium job. I will not go with jobhai henceforth. Lesson learnt

My experience with JobHai has been quite poor because they lack the right candidates; they do not have candidates for the specific roles you require. I needed candidates for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive position, but the data they provided was for digital marketing and computer course profiles. JobHai.com might claim to be the parent company of Naukri.com to gain your trust, but it is a terrible company with very poor service; do not use their services.

No Filter, Candidate are totally waste of Money and Time

Our firm signed up with JobHai as a recruiter, we took the paid plan for 6 months as a trial. The catch was that for 3 months, we weren't able to post any job just because their stupid database and process was not able to verify our GST. And even after constant emails and call followups their response was barely pointing towards a resolution. After they rectified this, post 3 months, whenever we posted any job roles - the candidates ghosted us , the resume never matched the roles kr skills we were looking for. Complete waste of time and money! Initially joined in because they were a part of the naukri network but completely disappointed. After our membership ended, they constantly kept calling, saying that Now there's only premium membership option available and when I put forward my concerns about 90% fake candidate profiles the salesperson had the audacity to give me a sarcastic reply stating but you're still posting jobs on JOBHAI.. Pathetic and Rude Staff .. Hopeless Customer Service..

Even if we submit all the required documents, they will not approve the job. Not getting the matching Keyword resumes. If we ask for civil engineers, they will provide only architects designers' resumes. Please dot use this app and portal. All fake resume.

Third class site. The experience was frustrating, nothing worked as expected, and the service quality was far below acceptable standards. Not recommended at all.

This is one of the worst apps ever. No HR is responding to the messages nor calls. Plesse terminate all the HRs.

I recently used Job Hai for my job search, and I wanted to share my experience.

Unfortunately, I found the platform to be quite disappointing. The sourcing features were not up to par, and the database lacked a variety of relevant job profiles. In fact, I noticed that around 99% of the profiles I encountered did not match my skills or requirements, which was incredibly frustrating.

Since I started using Job Hai, I feel that I have wasted both time and money without seeing any positive results. I hope the platform improves its database and sourcing capabilities to provide a better experience for job seekers in the future.

Overall, I would not recommend Job Hai based on my experience. I hope they can make the necessary improvements soon.
