I ordered a large fluffy faux fur rabbit rug and unfortunately when it arrived was not quite the right colour. I emailed to say that it needed to be returned as the colour wasn't right, I received an email with a return address in Estonia and I was expected to pay for the postage (quoted £62.50 by parcel force). This could have been sent via parcel monkey for half the cost but I needed WoolyFluffs EORI number for export and as Jessica has now stopped replying to emails despite numerous requests to provide number you are stuck with it. I would say the rug was ok quality and was indeed very fluffy and soft.

Don’t purchase from them. Waste of time !!

I was never given Royal Mail shipment tracking from what I believe origin - Astonia.
Although sent email to their Customer Services requesting Tracking.
Jessica relied once asking me to wait.

Never received my order 16 days after placing order.

Amendment 16/01/2025.
Received unexpectedly.
Felt like nylon fur. Checked cushion inner, certainly looks like inferior cushion to what I was expecting from Whoolley Fluff.

Think twice about purchasing from this .company.
Could be issue with Trading Standards. But company based in Astonia.

I would give this company less stars of I could.

Item paid for on the 28th of December and still not here.
They tracking, if you can call it that, they sent me has not moved in two weeks
Communication from them is also non existent.

Stay away. Find a better company with better reviews.

'sheepskin rug' took weeks to arrive then when it did it wasn't even real sheepskin. Surely this fails trading standards as what is being sold is not what you receive. Also requested to return as not happy with the quality and advised I could get a partial refund if I did not return the goods so I accepted as I did not want to spend more money on returning to Estonia. Jessica replied once to emails over 2 months and still not received the refund. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews beforehand as I would definitely not recommend anyone to use this site.

We ordered a fluffy rug from woollyfluff after reading good reviews on their website.
The rug took a long time to arrive. And when it did there had been a mixup in the wrong rug had been sent.
I sent several emails to communicate with Woollyfluff, someone did email me back however they could not resolve the issue. I offered to return the rug to them.
There was no reply for several days claim they were waiting for a response from their management team! Eventually I offered to return the route to them at my expense if I got a full refund for the amount paid for the rug. I was sent an address in Estonia. Which seem to me to be incomplete.
I am bitterly disappointed with this outcome. I think it would’ve been much fairer for them to just simply swap the rug as I am asked in my original email even though I was prepared to cover the cost of the postage myself.

In my opinion you would be advised to order from this company as they do not seem to communicate in the review reviews on their website excellent but not so on other sites! Do your research before ordering!

Despite rubbish customer service, no shipping or tracking details and quite a long wait I am really happy to say I love my new rug.
It is gorgeous, soft and absolutely perfect.
If you can cope with the poor service, the rugs ARE NOT real sheepskin but look gorgeous, then I would actually say take the risk!

Ordered "Extra Soft & Fluffy Thick 4 Quad Pelt Rabbit Fur Area Rug" in bluish-grey for £109.90 plus 10% discount code on 22nd Dec 2024. It arrived on 6th January 2025.

For the money, the rug looks great, is soft and thick. It's a bit slippery to walk on in socks but other than that - no problems.

Knocked a star off due to lack of shipping information. It arrived by surprise.

I ordered four sheepskin rugs - or so I thought!!
They arrived about 3 weeks after ordering (just after Christmas) and are most definitely not sheepskin. The material is a terrible fake which doesn't look remotely like sheepskin, the texture is more like a cheap nylon fancy dress wig in a vague shape of a sheepskin. The reverse side is a nylon type fabric with nylon type stitching around the edge. After several emails and no response, I am now in contact with my bank to arrange for a refund. The product is so bad that it can't be used for anything, in fact I'm not sure I would even want to donate it. Truly awful. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot first.

Bought a while ago but submitting review now after reading 1* reviews.

I don’t know if this is a scam website or not but the item was never delivered. Buyer beware.

I read some bad reviews and decided to take a risk anyway, (live on the edge) we’ll I orders a single pellet long rug for my sofa as I like that look and honestly I don’t know what the bad reviews are on about it’s amazing quality! Very satisfied hence the review, yes delivery took nearly two weeks but it was worth it I’ve looked in most stores and not found once close to this quality so thanks! Happy customer!

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the lush website! The rugs are cheap tumu s*** … !!! AT BEST!!!

SCAM - appalling company. These rugs are not sheepskin they are cheap synthetic and nasty. The company and specifically Jessica had given me the runaround for for the past month as I requested to return - still haven’t received instructions on how to return. Basically thieves.

Ordered a rabbit rug as a Xmas gift got no confirmation of the order left it a while sent messages to the company no response I’ve now contacted my card company to get my money back as I’ve waited over 3 weeks & still no information from this company. I also thought they were based in the uk. I also wished I’d looked at the reviews before ordering. I would have given less than one star if I could. Crap service dodgy company

Rugs are nothing like ones shown on website, they are all faux, nothing sheepskin about them, hassle if you want to return as you then find out company is based in Estonia and postage is much more expensive than the rug is worth. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I do not know how this company is still trading & conning the public basically

Less than 1 star! Quickly took my money when I placed my order, no communication, shockingly slow delivery, no tracking provided. When it arrived, it was very poor quality. Requested a refund, took days to reply with the instructions. I paid for the item to be returned to Estonia and have not had any communication from the company since, I must have sent 10 chaser emails and have now given up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam company! Weeks after waiting for the single sheepskin pelt rug they advertised a piece of faux fur nasty fabric arrived cut in the shape of a sheepskin rug. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS!
