Just to prove that all the reviews on this company’s website are fake, I’ve left two negative reviews and neither have been published. Absolute scam. “Pelts” are laughable. Do not buy

I'm very disappointed with the item and customer service. Poor quality rug and much smaller that expected. Communication with customer service awful. My messages are ignored and still waiting for the reply.

Delivery took forever, a month exactly. Customer service replied emails after 3 weeks. After all, rug is nothing like the description or images on the website.
Company should be reported for misleading customers, very poor.

I bought a rug from Woollyfluff and was not impressed with the quality so I asked for a return they said it was ok. I paid £15 postage to Evri for the return of the rug. After a couple of days Evri got in touch to say duty was owed on the return could I contact Woollyfluff to pay it, they did not , Evri contacted me several times to ask them for payment they would not answer .Evri are now returning the parcel to me . I have been in touch with my credit card company to investigate the money owed from Woollyfluff. AVOID THIS COMPANY.SCAMMERS

Awful, the size of the rugs do not match the sizes they say, it also came filthy!
emailed and got through to a person called Jessica, rude as, just send it back she said and gave me a address. I also sent the tracking number of my item I sent back, never heard anything again or a refund. Instead I got a barrage spam calls claiming they was border force and spent £15 returning . Nearly £100 down the pan ...

I ordered shaggy cushion covers in hazel brown and although yes they did take longer than I expected to arrive they were delivered today and I’m over the moon. They are exactly what I wanted and great value for money. Thank you. I would definitely order again and just be prepared for the wait for delivery.

Fantastic Rabbit rug, amazing quality and brilliant value for money.
As soon as I received it I placed another order.
You may not get the tracking but be patient your order will arrive, just takes time, but worth the wait.
Customer services responded to my email ref tracking to advise.

My faux fur “rug” arrived & it was literally just a large piece of cheap fabric.
I tried to send it back as they allowed returns but the company is in Eastern Europe and the cost of return was as much as the rug. They offered me 50% refund if I would keep the rug which I accepted but I never heard from them again, even though attempting to contact them several times. I don’t understand why businesses just don’t offer decent products & good service, it seems so much easier for everyone

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! The order took weeks longer than stated to arrive and when we contacted Woollyfluff we just received an ambiguous and uninformative response. When the order arrived we were very disappointed, it’s not a rug, it’s a large fake animal skin and the colour is nothing like what is shown on the website. Also slides all over the place on hard floors. Won’t bother trying to return as I can’t be bothered with the hassle and additional cost. Utter rubbish

Terrible, thank goodness I didn’t do a bulk buy as I planned! I contacted them via email with questions as the number given does not ring out. On the 3rd week they still have not responded yet bombard me with other nonsense spam. So glad I didn’t do a bulk buy of pelts especially after reading the reviews on here.

This company is a scam and I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. I can't believe they are still allowed to trade in this country they should be banned, they are ripping off so many people! Ordered 2 rugs on the 4th Jan & received an email to say they had received my order but then nothing! I emailed to enquire and Jessica replied (you must be very busy Jessica, I can see a lot of people have had a reply from you) she said unfortunately there was no tracking number but should receive soon blah blah blah! That was on the 13th Jan & still nothing.

Update, got home from work this evening and it's arrived! OK quality but definitely wouldn't order again from this company. I'll stick with amazon, never any issues with them.

The rug arrived after weeks that i bombarded their costumers service.The rug is a complete joke!! The fluff is everywhere.It gets in to your eyes.Not safe for neither children not adults! Terrible quality.I will never get the money back.I threw £100 away to the bin today.
This company(website) should not be on the UK marketplace.

It took awhile to arrive, but nice cushion covers!

I will never use this company again. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
The order took nearly three weeks to arrive. The cushion covers were not as described on the website, I enquired about returning them. I was given an address in Estonia to return them to. £14 later I sent the cushion covers back to the address I was given - registered and tracked as instructed.
Several weeks later the cushion covers were returned to me by Royal Mail - not able to be delivered.
Jessica in customer services is failing to assist me and I am still waiting for my money back and a refund for the wasted postage. Do not use this company!

Rug hasn't arrived clearly fraudsters do not buy any products

Sadly reading other reviews having just received my rugs! Clearly they are not sheepskin and I should have checked after seeing the description as "sheep fur". Delivery took 2 weeks with no tracking number supplied despite several requests, from reading the refund stories I'll put this down to experience and that no animals were harmed in my purchase. So do not buy if you want a REAL sheepskin rug, get along to Ikea!!!

I bought from them once before and all arrived quckly and happy with order. I therefore ordered again recently but have received nothing and no tracking.
I will now pursue a refund if they respond to my email. I would not use again.

My Sheepskin pelt turns out to be a piece of fur fabric!....Flat and rubbish. The photos on their site are bogus. Wish I had checked the damned reviews like I normally do. No reply to emails...

I ordered a sheepskin rug from this company in September 2024. It arrived after a couple of weeks but instead of the sheepskin rug i ordered I received a piece of fur fabric. The images they use are clearly stock images and nothing like the fake fur rug I received which wasn't even fit for the dog. After emailing several times I was only offered a 50% refund if i kept it or i would have to pay for the cost of the return which worked out the same. I opted for the 50% refund and donated the rug to a local charity shop. This was October 2024 it is now Jan 2025. Still no refund after several emails again. I have written it off as bad experience and the rug is probably in the clearance section in the charity shop I dropped it off at.

I ordered a rug on 18th November and received an email 2 days later saying my rug was on the way. It never arrived, I emailed them to query, had a polite email back saying it would be with me soon, nothing, emailed again, no response! To date, no rug ever showed up!
