I must admit after I purchased this and found the trust pilot reviews I was panicking, however I received emails with acknowledgement and tracking information, my rug arrived today after I ordered it on 29th November so well within the time scale for delivery the website states. I am very happy with my purchase, it's exactly as shown on the website ( I went with wild large colour ) . Would order again no issues at all.

Not shipped from the UK so no tracking and when arrived not great quality .. for £15 more got a real sheepskin

This is a scam company. They deliberately target people looking for sheepskin pelts with Google Ads, before sending them cheap, synthetic, thin rugs made in China. Returns are refused without the buyer paying for overseas postage. Nothing on the website states that products come from Eastern Europe. After endless, endless negotiation spanning months (at one point being told I had to prove I'd given my 'rugs' to charity to have a refund released), I was lied to and told I'd been refunded. I haven't. Six months later, I am emailing every day and being ignored. How this company can continue operating I do not know. Do not ever give your money to them. I am currently investigating how to report formally given they are not in the UK.

I ordered a rabbit fur teal rug via this very attractive website that I assumed was completely legit. The price was reasonable and I didn't think to check for bad reviews as it looked like a good website. As soon as I placed the order I started to have niggling doubts, I didn't receive any text confirmation as promised or any email confirmation. Once I googled reviews on trust pilot I then found a Facebook group with others who had been scammed, either receiving nothing or not what they ordered! I tried emailing the company and using their FB message button, literally heard nothing for a week so assumed I'd also been scammed! My bank said I had to wait a month to see if the goods arrived before opening up a fraudulent case. Then two days ago I received an email to say my rug was due to be delivered and this morning my rug arrived!! It is actually just as I ordered and I will be keeping it. However I would not use this company again or recommend it. There seems to be too many scams and bad stories to risk using it again! I only hope the other poor souls receive their rugs or a refund!

I have been waiting for over a month for my order, with emails to the company being ignored. Do not use this company, sadly they appear to be scammers.

Title stated sheep wool and pelt. Received nasty nylon copy. Utter rubbish although at least I got something many customers who didn’t received their goods.

Ordered 17/11 no update on order. I’ve tried to contact twice and been ignored. Very similar experience to the review before me. I believe I have been scammed! When buying a rug! Unbelievable - reporting to trading standards. Do not buy from this website. They’re scammers.

I ordered a 4 pelt sheep skin rug on the 20th November & rec'd it today.It's lovely it's exactly what l wanted. I would order from them again.

My rug just turned up 14 days after I ordered it, it’s so cheap and flimsy, definitely not worth the money. Wish i’d read other people’s reviews on here before ordering!!!

I ordered a 180 cms round navy blue rug from WoollyFluff about a month ago and it arrived today. I have to say that it is exactly what I ordered, a good quality rug, arrived in perfect condition and I cannot complain. WoollyFluff kept me informed along the way by email and all in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I cannot fault them.

Do not buy from this company!!!!I wish I had read the reviews . I purchased a double sheepskin rug . The sheepskins are bad quality / not real sheepskins . I asked for a return and was given an address in Estonia . I spent £26 on Royal Mail postage and the item was returned to me and delivery not accepted at the address given. £125 out of pocket . Emailed again and again with no response

Purchased a double pelt rug on the 10/11, emailed 5 days later asking when it will be dispatched, received an email16/11 saying been dispatched by no tracking number??? Strange!! 25/11 was still waiting, contacted bank and received refund saying it’s a scam, they took money and didn’t deliver, no response from them to my numerous emails, DO NOT PURCHASE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Zero stars from me!

Ordered 4 rugs on 09/11. Order confirmed the same day. Still not not arrived despite the delivery seemingly being Royal Mail tracked and despatch being confirmed on 16/11. I have tried to track but all it says is that the carrier hasn't updated the information.
I have emailed twice - totally ignored/no response from WoollyFluff. Seems they are making quite a bit of money off the back of this scam - zero conscious or thought for 'customers' they are ripping off. Reporting to Trading Standards.

Do NOT buy!!!! I haven’t received my rug and still have NOT had a REFUND.

Terrible company. Spent £69 trying to return items to Estonia - address does not exist. Emailed them to advise - nothing sorted

I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying! Company looked great and advertised real sheepskin and rabbit pelt, bought 2 rugs and when they arrived was disgraceful, tiny and poor quality and definatley not what was advertised. After emailing and being offered a 50% refund which I took I have heard nothing and received no refund despite numerous emails! This company uses fake reviews on their website which is fraudulent and take peoples money - they should not be allowed to trade with the amount of money they have taken from people!!!

The order took time to get, but it was worth waiting for, the rug is prefect and is top quality,,, thanks

My Rug arrived after 15 days , I am very pleased with it . The company also dealt with my queries in a polite and efficient manner .

I typed in black sheepskin rug and up popped this site the words like pelt and a special price made me believe thats what i was getting and that it said Royal Mail tracked let me to believe i was buying in within Britain
Well silly me as both were incorrect
Its taken over 2 weeks to arrive the colour is Black as ordered and the size is as mentioned
But the quality is awful its very flimsy and looks cheap really disappointed
I have just wasted over £50 and it will cost to return as they are based abroad
So my advice is don't use this Company if you want a sheepskin rug
