A terrible terrible product. Avoid. They advertise cheap sheepskins. They ARE NOT SHEEPSKIN but awful imitations. AVOID. If you want a refund you have to send the item back which they know costs as much as the item. Bad customer service and horrible horrible imitation sheepskin.

The items they sell are not real animal, they are synthetic fakes. The delivery took 3 weeks to arrive. They do not respond to emails etc. The seller is in Germany / Slovenia...

If you are expecting a synthetic copy of the animal fur then you’ll be over the moon with your purchase!

Rug I ordered is not the colour on the website. I wasn’t too bothered as I had seen they have a 30 day refund policy.
I emailed them to organise return and found I had to return rug to Slovenia!!!! The postage cost was to be £12. The rug (rag) only cost £16. When I queried this I was told to keep the rug and I would get a partial refund. Never received it. Beware as I got an email yesterday confirming an order for another. I have been checking my credit card to ensure they have not taken out more money.
This company is not good and should be reported.

Avoid at all costs. Fake product, terrible customer service and still waiting for a refund as promised in December!

Please do not buy sheepskin rugs from woollyfluff they are not real sheepskin just cheap lookalikes. I would never of brought from here if I had seen trustpilots reviews you can buy the same thing on amazon for £10 or £20. I'm not going to even send back because I do not trust this company to give my money back£160. I've learnt my lesson not to do that again I will look at trustpilot uk first.

Wish I'd found this page first. The "rug" they sent was just a small patch of cheap fake fur. When I say small, I mean it's about big enough to look like a normal rug if you put it next to a DOLL'S crib. It's ridiculous. This is a scam company. AVOID

In short, this company is no more than a small group of thieves and liars. I ordered about £200 of rugs, then saw the reviews here within half an hour of placing my order, and realised I would not be getting a genuine sheepskin. I contacted the company immediately to cancel my order (within 1 hour of it being placed), and they just messed me about, pretending my order had been cancelled but never refunding me. Eventually I had to ask my bank to get the money back on the basis of fraudulent advertising. Seriously, steer clear of this company - what they send out you can get so much more cheaply on Amazon or Temu.

Do not buy from this company !!! The rugs they sell are more like blankets colour is also totally different to what’s advertised. I was promised a refund well over 2 months ago and now they are totally ignoring me. Avoid!!

Do not buy from this company. I returned my order at a cost of £16 a month ago now and nobody gets back to you. I had one response asking for proof of return which I did, and still nothing. Absolutely disgusting service. I will probably never get my money back but just to warn people to stay away from this company.

I ordered 2 rugs I haven’t received emailed on numerous occasions no reply

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy from this company. Items are rubbish quality Sent back at my own expense. Not excepted at destination. Have written several emails but no reply. Tried phone number but it is not recognised. This company owe me £190.98. I intend taking this further.

I ordered a large rabbit skin rug £179.90, as like others no tracking details, contacted “Jessica” who assured me it was on its way. It did eventually arrive, upon un-packing found it not of the quality expected, and totally the wrong colour. I immediately re-packed and contacted the Company for instructions to return. Was offered a money back if I agreed to keep it, I refused. Took several emails to receive returns instructions. I paid £46.00 to return, with tracking and signature. When checking, the rug had arrived at the destination, but stated they had refused to accept it. I have emailed countless times, with a reply from “Jessica” stating she will pass this matter on to management! No refund has been received. Bad enough to take my money for the rug, but to instruct me to return it at my own expense, knowing full well there would be no refund is criminal! I intend taking this further. Please , please stay away from this company.

Do not buy from this company quality shocking and when they respond to your return which costs £18 the return address is wrong so it’s on its way back ! My daughter emailed twice and no response absolute joke so £60 down the drain plus £18 they need closing down!!!!

This company is a complete scam, you will have to send countless emails to receive your rug, and it is not worth it!! The rugs are poor quality and I have opened a case with my card company to get the refund I was promised,

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered cushion covers that never arrived. Attempted to call the customer service number, but it is not recognised. Sent emails, and eventually received reply, but of no help in tracking my goods, or even telling me if or when they were ever posted, a month after order, and when I requested cancellation refund, I received no response. They've essentially stolen my money. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing.

I also had tracking problems like many others and thought I had been scammed. However the item arrived after 3 weeks and I was very happy with the product. I would give the product 5 stars but deducted a star due to the tracking issue. If the company sorted out their tracking issues and made it very clear that these are faux skins, they would get much better reviews. The quality of the rugs are better than most faux skins I have seen.

Absolutely terrible company. I made my order 1 month ago, I received no tracking whatsoever, no update from the company. Now asking for a refund they are refusing to issue a refund due to “item being dispatched” despite me not receiving my order after a month when delivery is 3-13 days. Refrain from using this company they are very unreliable and unprofessional.
