Still no rug but have managed to get money back from my bank absolute scam company do not use

Do not buy!

Wish I'd read reviews on the company before. Rug did eventually arrive but of such poor quality and nothing like pictured on website.

Asked to return & was given an address for Estonia cost me over £12 to send then came back saying address didn't exist. Total scam and now being completely ignored by 'Jessica' so called customer service.

Makes you sick how they can get away with it!

Fake scan company. Ordered an item that never arrived, contacted costumer service and an agent lied about the shipment status pretending it was late but never bothered sending a tracking link (lol), had to cancel transaction with my bank. Costumer service never replied again. Don't buy from them It's a scam company, and it will save you money and time.

This company is a sham waited 4 weeks for delivery no tracking information rug arrived 2 days ago not the colour I ordered sent 3 emails to return no communication no returns label paid £80.91 pence for this rag of a rug.when I had no tracking I contacted them by email some Jessica at wooly fluff rugs emailed me saying they had problems getting tracking information and to be patient it would be well worth the wait well shock horror its a rag.Dont buy from this company they are false advertising I would seriously give -10 stars. If you wish to return for any reason, you will have to pay to return them to Estonia.

The rug I received was of very poor quality and the wrong size. When I reached out for a return, I got one reply saying I could get a 50% refund. I never heard back, after 5 reminder emails. The customer service is extremely poor and the quality of their products is not what they say it is. Do not buy from here.

I’ve waited a month for my rug, a person named Jessica initially sent an email. Now they are ignoring all emails to request an update and now a refund. I shall be reporting to trading standards.

I bought a small rug at the beginning of March, it was even smaller than I thought it didn't even cover the seat of my chair so I decided to send it back, this company does not Include a returns note with your order you have to contact them to get one, which I did ,they offered me half my money back and keep the item special for me, absolute rubbish, that was back on the 10th March, i was told I would be refunded in 5/7 working days which has not happened.
I again emailed the woman named Jessica on Monday and have had no reply,this was my 9th email to this woman. I repeat do not buy from this Company as they do not care about there customers and there customer service is an absolute disgrace.

scam - fake fur. pretend to have after sales service.

This company is a scam! I have requested for my order to be cancelled and they have ignored it. They took money from bank but have not send order acknowledgement. Till today- it's been over 2weeks I don't get order details nor tracking number. They have informed me order was processed and posted. What order excuse me ? They refused to give me money back because order is in transit, still don't know ahat order tho. I'm going to dispute transaction with bank and get my money back that way.. avoid them please as they will give you nothing but headache. Out of order service and comapny.

Ordered a round super thick rabbit fur rug, I didn't get an immediate confirmation email so contacted the email on the website, Jessica replied with my order number, around 10 days later I received a royal mail tracking number, then confirmation of delivery date. Rug arrived within the expected delivery estimate. Extremely pleased with rug, exactly as described, works great on carpet does not slide, underside of rug has a gripper type material. Even the dog loves it! 4 stars because I had to chase up on order number, otherwise five stars.

I ordered some apple green cushion covers. They took so long to arrive I actually started to think I hadn't actually placed the order but hey after approx. 4-5 weeks they arrived.
The package had a huge slit down it which made me think it would be ruined but thankfully the slit did not affect the cushion covers. More sadly though was the quality of the product the cushion covers were dire a horrible washed out colour not at all like the picture. I have no energy to try and send back as I know it will just cost me more money and hassle so instead just accepting it as a loss. Photo available.

Absolutely awful, don’t be fooled into thinking you’re getting genuine sheepskin, very cheap feel. Thought it was cheap, now I know why

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS COMPANY IS BASED IN ESTONIA. MY RUG IS CHEAP AND NASTY. TOOK 2 WEEKS TO ARRIVE, NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE. RETURNS ARE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE, THEY SUGGEST YOU RETURN WITH PROOF OF POSTAGE TO ESTONIA. NOT WORTH THE RISK OF SPENDING EVEN MORE MONEY TO THEN WAIT FOR A REFUND WHICH MAY NEVER ARRIVE. SUSPECT REVIEWS ON WEBSITE ARE FAKE, THEY ARE ALL WRITTEN IN SAME STYLE OF ENGLISH AND ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Little to no communication. If I just got a response about changing the rug, or the discount I should have got or getting a refund, I wouldn't be leaving this review.

They took my money over £180 and no confirmation or Rug?????

Emailed them so many times no reply just ignored me!!!
Absolutely disgusting
