Was sent items I wasn't happy with. Requested a refund. Was advised to send back via tracked courier which I did ( Evri) to a Jenny Robinson @ Telliskivi 5, Paide
Järvamaa, Estonia 72701. Numerous emails sent about return. Evri emails forwarded re customs payment required. And no response at all from emails. My parcel has just been returned to me from Evri. I paid £20 for tracked return delivery. Whatever you do - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WOOLY FLUFF.

Rubbish product. Don't buy from these people they are scammers.

I have been waiting for an order from the 5th March 2025. I have sent multiple emails to support and Jessica at Woollyfluff and have not even had an acknowledgement of email or a response. I have asked is the company even trading and nothing.

I like the look of my rug, but it's really unsafe, so slippery, I really cannot keep it on the floor, I'm worried that myself or anyone else that visits, will have a nasty accident. Tried getting in touch with company absolute waste of time. The rug cost £100 + I'm a pensioner and money is tight for me, I'm really quite upset about this. Regards Shirley Hiett

Still waiting after two weeks, and just seen these reviews, so giving my one star, even if my item arrives its still getting one start for delaying delivery and no communication..

If I could give a zero I would !!! Don’t order from this company total scam ! I didn’t get what I ordered and it’s a complete pain to sort it out as I was expected to pay return postage! Really disappointed that a company like this can continue to rip people off !!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this company as I have had the same problem. They’re not replying to emails they wanted me to Pay the postage for a return when it was their mistake they sent the wrong items. They’re were responsive to my first two emails but when I sent all the information and pictures they requested they have not responded to the four emails I have sent since then. So yes they are a rip of do not buy from this company BE WARNED!!!

DO NOT BUY from this company if you think you may want to return it - you CANNOT RETURN! As with other reviews, I received the rug but it was too flimsy so tried to return it. I paid £15 return postage and the rug was returned to my address saying that the address that I posted the rug to does not exist. I sent several emails to customer service but no help at all.

Ordered these rugs as l have before. Products are satisfactory but the delivery service was appalling. Hence 1 star. It was Royal Mail can you belive, no warning, no tracking and delivered order in 2 separate days. I will never use this company again unless the sort out their courier so called partners.

I was terrified after reading all the bad reviews but my experience has been positive, thankfully. Great customer service and a very beautiful rug.

After reading the reviews after I bought the rig I didn't hold up much home but it's arrived and it's lovely as a bed runner I'm really pleased Love the colour I can only speak as I find i am pleased

SCAMMERS!!!! Ordered a rug at £45 that never arrived. Customer services just lie and lie until you can't be bothered then they just ignore you (Jemima)!!!! In the end I reported them to my bankers and got my money back bit took 5 months

Rug arrived after about a month. Very low quality and looks like it’s faux fur. Probably from China. Don’t buy from these idiots. It’s crap!!!!!

I bought a rug for my daughter. It took exactly the time to arrive that it stipulated on the website and was a lovely item, good quality and perfect for where she wants it for. When I contacted woolyfluff by email to see if delivery was delayed due to bank holiday, I got a nice and informative email straight back, and yes, bank holidays do make a difference to delivery times.

Don't buy from this company paid them £180 never received the rug please people stay away they rip off company

Waited 3.5 weeks for the rugs to arrive, and when they did, they are just cheap and nasty, probably worth about a tenner, if that.
Absolute rubbish from start to finish. Can’t even be bothered to ask for a refund, after reading all their bad reviews. AVOID!!!

Rug was a different colour to what I ordered. Customer service is non existent. Phone doesn't work either... do not buy from here!
