If they had Sero stars it would be that, delivery late, no contact info works on their website, and when it did come mehhh, lack of backing on the rug makes it feel cheap, feel sorry for people who paid 500 plus for this, I thought about returning but to who? As all the contact info bounces back

Discusting company, cheap sh,.t, returened at a cost of £17. no answer to emails and no refund, £70 down the drain, 100% satiation is a joke, DO NOT BUY

My experience has been poor, and the only reason that I gave them 2 stars is because it seems that I am one of the rare few who actually received a product and got a reply from their customer service.

I placed my order 05/08/2025 and it didn't arrive until 30/08/2025. I emailed their support address a few times to chase up and was told there were delays due to an influx of orders. It was also noted on the emails their customer service only work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

They do clearly state that their items are faux, so I was not expecting a real sheepskin rug to arrive, but what did come looked completely different to what was advertised. Their website shows a plush, thick, fluffy and natural shaped rug and what arrived what a thin, cheap, flimsy, extremely poor copy.

I was so disappointed because I had waited almost a month for my rug and had been very patient with them.
I've since sent images to WoolyFluff and requested a refund due to false advertising.

I was waiting for my order to arrive for three weeks. True, no answer to emails. I was really upset and scared after reading the reviewes, too. But what I received was exactly what they promised and what I paid for. It's clear in the description that this is sheep fur only in name, and what would I expect really for the price? They're soft and warm and look lovely and look exactly like the photo.

Took 6 weeks to arrive.
Emails not responded to. When the items did arrive they were VERY poor quality, looked nothing like their photos & the colour was not aligned to what was represented on their website.

Checked return instructions & it states that you must email them prior to returning items. I have emailed them twice now and no response.

I wish I had checked reviews prior to ordering. Would definitely not use again.

Absolute joke, this company are pulling our pants down and laughing all the way to the bank .. cheap, nasty polyester, colour is awful. How they market these as 'real sheep pelt' even says that on the packet, straight from China £2 a pop. Well suckered me in good n proper, may aswell have flushed £80 down the loo! Be warned prospective buyers.

Do not use this company, it’s a total scam. I have reported this company to the Trading Standards, let’s hope that their end is near.

Update: Order finally arrived. Phew!
Quality not great, the colour of the wool tips was dye based rather than natural and the hides over bleached - shower they arrived which is something I guess.

Zero customer service, zero confidence they even exist! The Estonia number on the contact form isn’t in service. No reply via contact form , nor email. Tracking still states after 12 days “not shipped” £231 for four double sheepskins seems too good to be true… oh ! I’m an optimist so will give another week!

The complete lack of contact is the worry. Next time or perhaps in a weeks time John Lewis for me!

Ordered a rug last week and never received any confirmation, contacted them next day no reply, I've sent emails and still nothing. L have contacted my bank so I need to give it fifteen days to try and get my money back. Do not buy from this company they're a scam

Terrible company to deal with,wish I had seen reviews before I purchased the rugs, they came far to small, i had ordered the wrong size apparently ,i swear i had chosen the bigger size ,,, I was offered half the purchase price as a refund which I accepted,this was back in June, company didn't follow through with the parcial refund and have not responded to any further emails .these don't even fit the seat on a chair that's how small they are. So now I am out of pocket and angry thank you Jessica at woolyfluff , for your none response ,and your fantastic customer service NOT!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !

Took forever to arrive then turned up with no notice. This rug looks nothing like the picture it looked more like a wig for the BFG! Absolutely awful - but TBH it wasn’t expensive. However, they can have it back, I am asking for a refund.

I accidentally ordered 2 rugs, I asked for a refund on one and got emails saying not to worry, we will refund. One rug turned up which I loved and is good good quality tbf. It's gorgeous. However I kept getting told the second rug was on way , which I thought. I will save it for when I need another. Never turned up or got a refund.
Now I'm looking to buy another and would of definitely used this company again if all was OK with my first order.

Fraudulent company. Failed delivery. No tracking. Emailed, either fobbed off or no answer. Keep well away.

Ordered two rug. Two rug came in a small package. Rug in a small pacakge!Refund/returns needs to sent to Estonia. Have not received a refund yet. Awful service poor product.

FAKE! Scammers. Avoid. These are polyester rugs. The company is a total scam operation, some guy pretending to be called 'Jessica'. Rip off, con artist. Avoid.

What a waste of money

A defect was clearly visible through the packaging so I contacted the Woollyfluff customer services and was offered a 50% credit to keep it. I accepted yet to this date despite chasing maybe ten times I have still not had any credit! I have paid full price for a defective product. This company isn't based in the UK which I think is why they don't operate to our more honest practices. Buyer beware

The site stated rugs were authentic sheepskin and they are synthetic. They have refused to pay a refund and also expect me to pay to return the item
