I have just ordered from this website and reading reviews I wish I hadn't. I have not recieved confirmation email no idea of delivery , let's see how we go

Do not use this company! I didn’t receive my item despite being charged and subsequently had fraudulent activity on the card used. I had been in dialogue about the whereabouts of my order and then they stopped replying altogether. DO NOT USE.

I did receive my order after about two weeks, and it was exactly as requested. However, as a new customer I signed up for the 10% welcome discount, but the promo code didn’t work - which was disappointing. I contacted, or tried to contact, Woollyfluff a couple of times about it, but unfortunately never received a reply. The lack of response really let down what could have been a positive first experience, so I wouldn’t recommend them.

6 weeks before it arrived so I thought it was a scam as there were hopeless delays in being able to contact them. However it finally arrived and it's lovely. But it is thinner than it looks in their photo. I am happy with it now as it looks lovely in front of my fire. Just remember it comes from abroad so will take a while to deliver.

I have ordered twice from Woollyfluff & never had any issues. I rather like the quality of the rugs which I actually use on my leather settees. They wash really well & i dry off in the tumble dryer to get the fluffiness back into them. Once washed they are never the same as when they come new but they still look great & are nice to sit on. Just put my 3rd order in as I'm wanting a different colour this time. The delivery may take a while but not an issue for me & I've always got my email order confirmation come through despite what the other reviews say.
Faux sheepskin rugs & i mean the nylon type can be around the same price and the Woollyfluff ones are definitely a better quality even though they are not real.

I got my item by the expected delivery date so the company is not a scam but the service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I got NO confirmation email for the order. Their phone number doesn't work. After emailing, I got a response saying the company was going through "internal management changes" which is causing issues but that my order would be delivered "any day". My request for a tracking number was ignored several times and it was not provided until the actual day of delivery. They were using the same script about the management changes for all their responses, instead of answering my question. The item is okay, looks nice but VERY thin. It was only £20 so you get what you pay for.

Well rug is here after a very long months wait- it’s a clever website makes you think a UK Seller & UK quality but in reality you get what you pay for! I might as well as chucked £80 out of the window - it’s just awful, more a mat than a quality rug! - don’t order from here really poor quality & looks absolutely nothing the wonderful on the website!

Purchased a rug had an order number and that’s it no reply to email there telephone number does not work , so please don’t purchase from them read reviews first. Unfortunately didn’t

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering wouldnt have ordered if i knew then what i know now cant find any trace of my order no tracking or or postage imformation no reply from customer service or emails sixty pounds down the drain i think please dont waste time or money on.rhis company at the moment cant claim as i cant find any imformation on order logged into the account sayying no order placed no.tracking

Do not use this compsny as the rugs are fake . And thry do not give you . Your money back . I spent over 100 ponuds for something i wouldnt let my dog lay on .

I bought 2 rugs, the website said they where real sheepskin rugs and they are defently not real sheep skin, they are synthetic cheap, thin and crappy, I wished I had read the reviews on here before ordering, and I can't even return them as it will cost to much to do that

absolutely appalling company ! Jessica does not respond to emails ! i wish i had read the reviews before ordering, have been told order is dispatched no tracking info , asked for order to be cancelled as not real and allergies in the house to certain fabric , will not cancel order despite not been sent . Horrid company do not order you have been warned

got onto my bank and reported these as a scam and fraudsters, on the same day the rugs actually arrived after 3 weeks. I did not even open these and emailed Jessica at woolly fluff at least 15 times demanding a return UK address which all went unanswered until yesterday when she said i had been fully refunded. Which did not come from her, It was my BANK that refunded me due to Jessica not answering them either.
So to get a refund on these SHEIN/TEMU rugs contact your bank and report her as a SCAM

Never get any replies. Can't cancel orders. Came it is a very cheap quality rug.

Dreadful don't buy from them, the rug I recieved was very poor quality and quite frankly dangerous it had a slippy quality when you walk on it, I asked to return it they gave me all these rules about packaging to presumably put me of. Then they said they needed photographs or packaging I had used. I passed all that then I kept asking for address for return and they then said if they gave me more than half the cost back I could keep it, so I agreed, and I waited an waited I tried to contact them over 2 week period and they never responded, I also emailed stating that they would leave me no choice but to give a negative review still no response, Con artists don't buy as very inferior rugs and your lucky if you recieve it from what I've since heard. All their feedback they've hand picked as good ones, mine never appeared on their site. Terrible experience after paying alot for the rug.

Scam. Never received the goods. Never replied to my emails. I am going to go to the card company and ask for refund.
Don’t order anything as you are going to lose your money.

Lucky to get one star. If you think you are getting a great deal and a lush sheepskin rug you are not. Company is a nightmare to deal with: delivery 2/3 weeks, communication level zero, customer service below zero. Don’t go here. Pay a bit more and get better everything.

Rug took a while to arrive (brought on 25/08 arrived 16/09) and tracking not brilliant as only got a text message from royal mail the day before delivery. The Rug is the correct colour and is nice and fluffy , I knew it wasn't going to be real as that's stated on their website so for a 6/8 pelt faux rug i paid just over £100, so perhaps a bit much but it looks lovely! Brought the 6/8 pelt sheep fur rug in 150/180 cm Thundra.

Never ever order off these!!!!
They are obviously scammers!

Placed an order and paid, no confirmation received tried emailing no response, telephone number is not recognised. No good received, so I imagine this is a scam. Avoid
