Oh my goodness, what can I say about this shocking company. Yes their website makes their products look amazing but don’t be fooled! I paid a substantial price for this rug and after waiting months for the rug to be delivered, when it arrived (from Estonia) it was positively dangerous. A ridiculous slippy surface top area of the rug (not the rug itself the actual fluffy bit!) meant it was entirely not fit for purpose unless you fancy falling over on a day to day basis. Customer service is slow and let’s face it, crap! I had to arrange to ship it back to Estonia… despite being assured the postage would be refunded (£21) not only was no refund processed AT ALL, after chasing AGAIN they’ve told me they will refund all bar postage. I’m not going to hold my breath and plan to raise a dispute through my bank. Terrible company, do yourself a favour and avoid!!!!

Don’t buy - absolute rubbish comply act outside of consumer law -

Absolute waste of money and they do not reply! Haven’t received my order and from what the reviews do say no doubt I’ll receive the wrong one.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star… Do not order from this company as if you are not happy you will NOT get your money back … I’m massively out of pocket for buying the product and paying to have it tracked to send back with the company told me to do so… It was delivered to Woollyfluff but nobody collected it so it has landed back in the UK at my door!

Placed order but wish I had read this first and no confirmation email ever received or product. Upon emailing Jessica has asked for my address twice but still no rug . I have reported to my bank . Do Not use this site it is a scam

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I purchased a pink fluffy rug on 28 November as a Christmas present for my niece, believing I had allowed more than enough time. I was wrong.

As of 22 December, I have no rug and no refund. Despite countless emails, I am now being completely ignored. The phone number listed on the website does not work.

This has been a stressful, frustrating experience and feels dangerously close to a scam.

Do not order from this company.

Terrible rugs totally rubbish as far from a sheepskin as could be probably from temu they will be going in the garage as god knows how much returning to Estonia would be just don't bother buying from these fake businesses

Got my order about two weeks after ordering it. It was not what I was expecting. Contacted the company about a return and was told I could have a 25% refund and keep the items. I said this was unacceptable and pressed for a return and full refund. They finally agreed. I returned the items 5 weeks ago and as yet have received nothing from them. The international courier cannot get hold of them in Estonia to deliver the parcel to the address provided and they have ignored all further correspondence. I have no product and no refund. Am about to open a dispute with my credit card company in the hope they can get my refund. Shocking customer service and fraudulent company. Do not buy from them!

False advertising. I ordered a quad sheep rug (paid more for real fur), and what arrived is clearly synthetic, and also the wrong colour. I do suspect this was intentional and an act of fraud. Extremely disappointed and wish I'd read other reviews first. Avoid.

Okay so let me be honest, I purchased from here and checked reviews after and I thought I got scammed. I received no order confirmation, no order number, absolutely nothing. I reached out to customer services and within a week someone got back to me saying my order was shipped but I still got no order number. So overall communication was bad. HOWEVER my order did end up coming in like 2 ish weeks and I am very pleased with the actual quality of the product. I believe I got the rabbit fur rug? I don't remember the name too well but it's incredibly soft and very dense, the quality does seem amazing. So all in all, I don't think this company is a scam so don't be scared if you already ordered, but its just their communication which is horrific.

Took the money over twelve days ago. No delivery tracking. No reply from email. No reply from contact us form. Phone number doesn’t even work. Total scam. Avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered a rug, after about 3 weeks I received a notification that it had been delivered which it hadn’t. I have chased and chased and they just ignore me. I am absolutely furious. Worst customer service ever!!!

Very poor quality. Nasty nylon rug - never seen a sheep in it’s life.

Awful service, awful products. Took weeks to arrive, emails are responded to slowly and you will often need to chase up several times before you get any reply, the phone number doesn’t work.

To return, you then have to pay to ship back to Estonia (and you will want to return because the quality is terrible) - avoid using at all costs.

No corespondent at all , rug very thin and flimsy ! More like a fur blanket , expensive for what it is

Not even worth one star. My four pelt sheep fur rug isn't at all. It's cheap polyester fur with fake backing. Do not buy. Having to wait for my bank to refund.

Ordered a quad pelt sheepskin rug, eventually received a man made piece of fabric that has been cut to resemble what would appear 4 sheep's figures would look like
It's fluffy it's soft but it's not as described
I'm guessing they have a great big roll of this stuff and cut it to the size and shape you order

If like me you placed your order then saw the trust pilot reviews please don't panic like I did! The rug took 13 days to arrive, which was within their specified time frame & I was notified when it was dispatched. It's gorgeous, soft, faux rabbit fur. The colour is a little darker than it looked on their photo (& mine but I can't figure out how to add a photo!) but I love it. It's much nicer than my Temu version of the same. I'm very happy.
