As I laid awake in the middle of the night eating Oreo cookies, facing the unknown of going to federal prison, I stumbled upon Justin. I watched every video, and absorbed every word. I downloaded the free book. Finally, I made the call. Justin’s advice resonated with me because he is a former college athlete as am I. He introduced to me the idea of preparing, and having a purpose while in prison. My time in prison was purposeful and useful. Prison is an extremely difficult place where preparation is key, and I feel like I am better off now than I was before I entered prison. Having a plan, anticipating pitfalls, developing a reach back capability, understanding there is life after prison, and understanding the impact prison has on the family dynamic. I appreciate the value Justin and Michael contributed to my preparation.

Wow. I came across this site when researching about my federal case. I was feeling defeated, depressed, and hopeless. Sam, Larry and the rest of the team have been nothing short of amazing. I began working with Justin Paperny and the WhiteCollarAdvice.com team at the end of 2020. I was already 2yrs into the “Federal Indictment Process” as my office was raided by the FBI December 2018 and I entered my plea agreement December 2019. By December 2020, I had already watched a number of videos and read several articles by Justin and his team. I had even obtained some of their free resources.

If you are reading this it is probably because you are now involved in the criminal process for white collar crime, or you have a family member that is. You are having feelings of regret, shame, guilt, anger and you are scared. You have a criminal attorney who you have retained but you still feel lost. I’d like to begin by saying what an invaluable resource Justin and his team at White Collar Advise have been to me.

After being served with a target letter by the federal government, I was in such a fog as to what was actually happening to me and how my life would dramatically change.
