Perfect! I claimed for my cat and within a few days everything was settled with the vet and myself. All done online and when I did have to send an email it was replied to quickly.

Incredible customer service
Incredible! Worth more than 5 stars. Unexpectedly my Tilly came down with Aspiration Pneumonia. Vets were incredible but bills were so high and we had to pay upfront (vets rules!) and claim back. Thankfully she has made a full recovery. Online form took minutes to complete and fast response.
Our vets were very slow to respond but once they did Whistle and Wag informed us our payment would be here in 3-5 days. Brilliant 👌
