Communication is really good
Communication is really good, claims are resolved quickly and their expectations regarding proof of purchase etc. are very sensible and reasonable. I have been unfortunate enough to have lost two pets in the last year, but I can honestly say Whistle and Wag were nothing but helpful.

Clear and precise information on what my pet is covered for/and not covered for on this insurance policy.
This is my first ever pet insurance policy and I’m completely new to this. However, my experience has been made simple, and easy to follow compared to other comparison sites, their insurance policies wasn’t clear on what is insured and wasn’t, their was so many loop holes.
This has been so far so good however, I can’t give my full review until I’m a few months into my policy. Been good so far, I hope it stays this way, I will give you guys, my full true review and will give my recommendations very soon… if it stays as good as it’s been so far, I will write the best review ever… I hope further into my policy it doesn’t disappoint because it’s been amazing so far so any let down will feel massive, (too good to be true) and that will be impacted in my full review and recommendations

This was my first claim with Whistle & Wag and it was seamless from start to finish. They’re very efficient and I received my money back within 7-10 days of making the claim. I thought this process would take months of back and forth to get my money back but they exceeded my expectations. So pleased I chose them and would recommend them to everyone.

Very simple process, through a comparison site.
However, as with all insurance the worth of the policy is what happens if you need to make a claim!!
