Products looked good but customer service is shocking. Definitely won’t order again in a hurry. Lots of other brands who offer the just as good quality and better customer service!!

Received my order 5 days ago. Everything carefully wrapped and beautifully presented, the product is unique, its thin and shiny, no chips or lift. I took it straight to my nail tech who loves it, good service from this company, customer communication was great in my experience.

What a product! From the packaging to the final product. The product was definitely worth the wait. To be expected with a new launch for there to be delays. The communication i received was great. In addition to the shockingly bad delivery time and rude email from customer svs- which went unexplained despite a heavy SM campaign- the product itself is terrible. I have done my own nails at home- both gel systems and regular polish, for many many years, with no problems. I always clean and prep well prior to starting. I have purchased and used the base, colour and top coat and in 2 days it is worn, scratched, and the shine has gone. Would never purchase from here again.
16/11 update- WC have tried to take down my review, stating it is defamatory! Trustpilot have agreed it is not, and that it should remain online.

Just received my order and am absolutely delighted! As the owner of two boisterous Labs, I rarely get the chance to have beautiful nails, however, an upcoming wedding was the perfect opportunity to spoil myself. I have only tested the base, no. 4 colour and the top coat on one nail, but I am totally wowed by it, and can’t wait to see them all in their beautiful, glossy splendour. I’m afraid my experience was similar to others, in that the nail polish took a month to arrive and the email I received after chasing up implied that I should know it would take 10-14 days - even though I only actually enquired AFTER 21 days. Later emails did update me on reasons, but an update earlier would perhaps have been better customer service?
The polish arrived finally yesterday and was beautifully packaged. Colour when applied was paler than it looked in the bottle, but nevertheless nice, with a lovely gloss.
However, today it has chipped a lot and one nail has peeled away completely.
Further to your response, I’m sorry to say that even after trying now with a base and top coat, it did start to peel and chip quite considerably after less than 48 hours.

For the best and longest-lasting wear, our polishes are designed to be used with our 3-step method - applying the base coat first to the nail, followed by your desired colour and finishing with a layer of top coat, which helps achieve the signature glass-like finish.

I ordered my glass varnish and top coat last Sunday and it arrived today very happy with the whole experience from ordering to arrival the packaging is simply beautiful it just oozes class and professionalism. The varnish is easy to apply with salon results definitely be buying more shades

My gels arrived today and I am absolutely thrilled. From the luxurious packaging to the sheer glass finish everything is just as Harriet promised it would be. This product has redefined nail gels.
OK we had to wait but this is a new launch and I personally am happy to support two young women creating their own brand and I will definitely be adding to my collection.

The nail polish was everything I hoped it would be. Yes there was severe delay in the postage but it’s a brand new small business who had taken their first orders upon launching so took that into consideration. Beautifully packaged and so far so good with both the look and feel.

When i purchased the new collection from Harriet and her team I knew I was going to get a brand that would create a buzz and give my clients a luxury gel system.
Yes the delivery took longer than expected but I expected a lengthy process as this is a new brand and of course they will be teething problems.

Made in china, hence why it took one month to arrive, snotty responses from the “customer service” team and poor comms The only positive reviews on here are from the PR crew who got first dibs. The polish is Nothing special, not worth the money paid, there’s much better out there.
