horrendous service and inflexible avoid

Be aware if you have ongoing therapy treatment Westfield Health will withhold payment and will insist on you visiting your GP to get a form filled in, the GP will charge for this and Westfield will not reimburse this fee.

They will hide behind their T&C’s but it seems that if you have ongoing therapy treatments then they will do all they can to avoid paying a claim.

Westfield Health cover my normal dental and optical care. The claim process is quick and easy and payment is received promptly.
Over 20 or more years I have never had any problem with my account.

Very easy to use the mobile App… submitted… and claim processed quickly… money in my account immediately. Very good system . Woukd recommend anyone joining this.
