Wesley Financial Group was able to…rid of my headache
Wesley Financial Group was able to cancel my timeshare in a timely matter. I admit that I was skeptical when I first contacted the Wesley Group. I wondered if this would be dragged out over years, would I hear from them after they had my money. I had the timeshare listed with a realtor for over a year and could not even give it away so, how was Wesley Group going to do any better. WOW, I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with this group. I contacted them, toward the end of November 2025 and I am now out of my timeshare contract, March 2026. I received a call from my representative every month with an update, just like they said I would. I had a different person call me this last time with the GREAT NEWS that my timeshare had been cancelled and she was just as nice and friendly as the first person was. They made sure that I was comfortable with everything and they were able to get it cancelled quicker than I thought possible. Thank you so much Wesley Financial Group!
Grateful for Wesley Financial
I am grateful for Wesley Financial for helping my husband & I get out of the worst timeshare situation with Westgate. A huge shout out to Julie Harrison & the entire team we worked with over the long haul to get this resolved! We are so very happy with the results and glad to have it in behind us! Thank you!

Check with your timeshare first
We are greatful for Wesley financial group showing where to login with Hyatt timeshare. It was under owners lounge and was easy to find after they told us where to look. We paid Hyatt exit $400 to start the exit process.
Soon after everything went smooth. My disappointment with Wesley was how little they did helping us to get out.
Also the price Wesley quoted us was so much for how little they helped. I did say I was a veteran, so they gave me alttle discount.
I did talk to Dan and told him I feel, since Wesley is in the timeshare exit business they should know which timeshares are easy to exit or hard to exit and price your services accordingly. $6295.00 was hard to swallow. But Wesley people made it sound like it could take a year or more to exit and close.
But as it turns out we were out in about 4 months.
It will take us 5 years of not paying maintiance fees to recoup Wesleys cost.

Timeshare Termination
We were given the opportunity to ask questions if needed. The process was somewhat lengthy, around 18 months but we were kept informed with updates every month once the paperwork was sent to the Timeshare. They scheduled time month for an update call and it was always received as planned. I would not ever want to go through that experience again but Wesley Financial was a great choice to terminate our contract.
Success after 8 months
Kelsey and her helpers always followed up when they promised and were clear about what needed to be done
I certainly recommend the team at Wesley Financial
I certainly recommend the team at Wesley Financial. Things got off to a slow start with our initial representative, but once I made a follow-up call we were given a new person and progress took off. If you are honest with what you need from them, they will deliver. Our timeshare was gone in a little less than a year and we couldn't be happier! They were professional, stayed in consistent contact and always responded when we initiated communication.
DON'T BE FOOLED AGAIN
First off, they dance around the cost. Like it's some magical number that must be carefully calculated. It was $6,700. for us.
We live close by their headquarters, so we visited in person. It's an impressive space, but mostly devoid of very many employees. The entire visit was staged to give a certain glamorous vibe. We should have walked away, but once they have you in there you must be escorted out. If this sounds familiar, it's the same tactic used by the timeshare bandits themselves.
The check cleared the bank before the sun went down, but that's where all progress came to a grinding halt. Communication was atrocious. Non responsive is putting it as kindly as possible.
After three months of being talked down to and belittled, we we granted release from our contract with Wesley and given a refund.
This whole process was a mirror image of the way the timeshare industry separates people from their money. They never lifted a finger to help us. They never contacted the timeshare company. Not once were we offered any assurance that things would be taken care of. They will gaslight you with fancy brochures touting their achievements and the legacy of the great Chuck McDowell. Don't be sucked in by this. Contact the timeshare company directly. Wesley Financial is a total fraud. I suspect their employees spend most of their time writing the positive reviews you may have read. It a giant propaganda machine, designed to take large sums of money from people proven to be vulnerable to financial mistakes.
Now, I've been alerted that they demand more information about me, or this review will be dismissed as " Un-Genuine". What won't the dishonest amongst us do to protect their devious intentions. I hope anyone considering Wesley Financial Group will take all of this to heart. They know full well who I am and what it is they do to families like ourselves. Thank you for your time.

Relief Made Fast
My wife and I contacted the Wesley Financial Group a few months ago for help getting out of a time share. We were very surprised at the friendly and very helpful attitude of all the representatives that we had contact with. The whole experience was easy and we were kept informed of the progress very timely. We both would were surprised at how fast it was handled.
Relief!
It was great, it was worth every penny to me to get out of that nightmare! The staff was excellent also I couldn't have had better help.
Wesley finance group was very…
Wesley finance group was very professional and did what they said they would. I was reluctant to try and escape from my timeshare and voiced it to them once I made the initial payment.Everything they said they would do is what they did. They followed up they called they answered my calls and emailed me right away. They were very respectable and professional. As of today I am timeshare free. I applaud Wesley Finance and would recommend them to others.
Well worth the money
Amanda M. with WFG did a phenomenal job in getting me out of our Timeshare. Well worth the money and time.
Great experience all the way around!!
Great experience all the way around!!
Everyone was polite and very professional. Told us what they could do,Kept in contact along the way and now, about 4 months later we are timeshare free. And very happy!!!
These people are fantastic, I would definitely recommend them.
Buyers...or maybe sellers, beware
Spoke with Agent April Rogers on a scheduled call. Asked some questions based on the electronic packet that was emailed to me. April would not answer any questions but asked any questions from me. At a certain point I almost felt like they were phishing for information because they were evasive at every turn. After "qualifying", they still would not explain the process or tell me any ball park idea of how they charge their fees or what the fees even look like. When I was getting ready to ask for someone who might be able to answer, they hung up on me. I called them back 3 times and after 1 to 2 rings it went straight to voicemail, which tells me they were hanging up the call and sending me directly to voicemail. Any business that hides their plans or fees, hangs up on potential customers, and then avoids the calls when you attempt to call them back is not as reputable as their ads would suggest. I'm not sure how many of their testimonials were bought, or how many paid actors they hired for the videos, but as someone who dealt with a real life encounter, the experience in real life is much different than what they portray online. If they treat people this way before they even get your money, I would be very skeptical to see how they treat you after they've got your money. Anyone that is willing to hang up during a business call and not answer the phone on the call back is not trustworthy.

Wesley Financial was able to cancel our timeshare in two months without any hassle or issues. They provided great communications and were upfront with everything.
I highly recommend them.
Worst company in Franklin.
This company had me send ignorant emails to my ts. They provide no legal advice except to cover their ass. Poor standards and practices. They also pray on people over 40 . My daughter was working there is why I used them. She was not trained- she said her management team was uncaring, new hires were stigmatized if errors were had . Management is unorganized they did not train anyone you just had to sink or swim and after my agent had me send 3 letters that looked like a five year old wrote them. I was done and lost $12597. Business don't take people seriously when the letters look and sound like that. They had no training videos how how they wanted things done. You just had to find someone to ask. Trainers were not helping at all. How that for more info.

Timeshare goodbye
Overall very happy they were able to get our timeshare cancelled within 6 months.
Thank you.
Awesome
Everything went smoothly and just as advertised. They kept in contact with us through the entire process

Im very disappointed with Wesley Financial. I started with them January 2025. I was told to keep paying my time share for 6 month. That was in their policy. Its been now 1 year 2 month NOTHING!!! They call every month and say they same thing. They haven't heard anything still waiting. I tell him they need to call and do their job. Do something I paid them over 6000.00. I won't tell anyone to use them. Kathy Cordell

We had a very positive experience…
We had a very positive experience working with Wesley Financial Group. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the process, set realistic expectations, and kept us informed at each step.
What stood out most was their customer service. Whenever we had questions, someone was available to provide thoughtful, clear answers. We never felt pressured or left in the dark. The transparency throughout the process gave us confidence that things were moving forward appropriately.
In our case, we were able to exit our timeshare in about two months. We understand that timelines can vary and this may not be typical, but we were very pleased with the efficiency and overall experience.
If you are looking for a company that communicates well, follows through, and treats you with respect, we found Wesley Financial Group to be effective and professional in helping us resolve our timeshare situation
My experience with Wesley was great
My experience with Wesley was great. First of all, my timeshare experience was great when I was single. I would say that the timeshare game, ironically, is best for single people who like to travel. But once a significant other and kids get involved, it's not as easy to make sure schedules align with school, work, sports and resort availability, etc. (As opposed to when I was single and able to take 3 or 4 short (3-5 days) vacays a year.) So after about a decade of very little use (twice) it was time to let the timeshare and maintenance fees go. Wesley was great in taking care of that for me. I won't mention costs because I don't think we're supposed to, but the service was a wee bit more expensive than I wanted it to be. Regardless, what I was expecting to take at least a year and a half on the low end, ended up being taken care of in about 14 months. That's start to finish, from the initial "Can you guys help me get out of my timeshare" phone call, to the letter from the timeshare management company that I received last week than stated that my account was now closed. Thank you, Ken M at Wesley. :)
