After the payment is done, communication got so slow and poor. They will always send an email when it is nearly 5 o'clock then I had to wait for 2 days to get a reply. Very expensive, very bad experience and ended up paying for someone else to do the same job for much cheaper. Won't recommend.

webfactory have been amazing. They designed the perfect website and have helped me to manage it myself, they get back to straight away if i ask for help!
I'm useless at all of this and i had a website with another company before webfactory and i had no help, no support, never anyone to speak too. Moving to webfactory was the best decision, having been supported by all the team I am now able to manage my website really well and it's so easy to use! I cant thank them enough. Ive spoken to lloyd and james who are so knowledgeable and always friendly. Great prices and outstanding customer services. Highly recommended

I know my website took longer to finish than anticipated, but that’s mainly due to my extremely busy lifestyle and the challenges that come with having three young children and day to day life!
