My website went down over the weekend through my own fault, id tried to make some changes to the DNS when changing email provider. I asked Webfactory for some advice, not expecting to hear back from them until Monday/Tuesday. Nor did I expect them to fix the problem as it was my own doing.

Matt at Webfactory responded to me the same evening, on a Sunday, logged into my domain provider and sorted my mistake. Incredible service and I can't thank them enough. Clearly a five star service that care about their clientele.
