The Nets were the quality as described and delivered quicker than expected.

Returned goods
Unfortunately, the bat that was recommended appeared to be faulty. I spoke to Freddie who suggested I return it which I did with Royal Mail, registered next day delivery. I presumed that there would be a mechanism in place to receive returned goods . The post office tried on 2 occasions to deliver the package but there was no one there. I spoke to Freddie as I was anxious that an expensive bat was lost in transit. He failed to arrange re-delivery or collect from the depot and the parcel has now been returned to me. Meanwhile, he did send me a replacement bat which is much better.
I had presumed that the UK Pickleball Shop was a company whereas it appears to be a sole trader with a good knowledge of pickleball and access to a huge range of bats.
I hope that he learns from this experience and puts a mechanism in place for returns in the future as not all bats will be perfect and a customer needs to have confidence that faulty goods can be returned safely.

I ordered a paddle around a month ago…
I ordered a paddle around a month ago now. DPD decided not to deliver to the correct safe space (not the first time, not Pickleball fault) however I have chased this up for weeks now and I still have no update. I sent a final email around a week ago and Freddie just sent me a claim number for DPD which I cannot use on their website. I feel fobbed off and £100 out of pocket. If I don't hear back this week I will be contacting my bank and doing a charge back. Very disappointing service unfortunately.

Prompt online service
Good online catalogue and prompt response to email. Main issue was that some items were out of stock in particular starter packs.
