Webbox I’m sorry, can forget my custom. 6 cats, all enjoying Webbox daily, the lickelix tubes. £1 a packet, £10 a time. Then it’s £1.10, fair. Then it’s become popular, so they dropped sizes from 85g to 75g and the price goes from £1.10 straight up to £1.60 with less content weight.
And I haven’t bought since.
Folks, vote with your feet and walk on by. Only by doing this can companies suffer by lower sales and be made to think twice about making fools of us all.

We would respectfully ask that you refer to the feeding guidelines provided on the Lick-e-Lix packaging. The product is intended as a complementary treat and should be fed in accordance with the recommended daily allowance. Based on these guidelines, it would not be expected that cats consume £10 worth of Lick-e-Lix per day.
Please note that both the number of sachets per pack and the sachet contents can vary depending on the flavour purchased.
We can confirm that we have not made the changes you suggest. We continually strive to absorb increases in ingredient, logistics, and transportation costs wherever possible, minimising any impact on our consumers.
We also believe our products remain competitively priced within the pet food market when compared with similar products from other brands.
While we respect your decision, we are sorry to hear that you have chosen to stop purchasing our products and thank you for your previous custom.

Heart medication

Was very good and crispy crisps when…
Was very good and crispy crisps when first started using them so ordered a box full of tubs, very disappointed as they were all soft when tubs were opened, had to put them in microwave to crisp them up again. Shame as dog loves them.

I ordered 2 assorted boxes of the chubb…
I ordered 2 assorted boxes of the chubb roll (16). At of these I received 13 chicken and 3 lamb. I do not consider this an assortment, luckily my dog likes both flavours, but would have liked a better selection of all flavours offered.

Favourite puds!
I was able to get the treats that my cat adores, and that are hard to find in the shops, in a bulk order. One of my cats dislikes all of the liquid treats on the market, except for these Webbox strawberry and vanilla puds. He loves them! And I have been concerned that they might be stopping them because all the supermarkets seem to no longer sell them. I hope it is not the case, but just in case I bought a lot! Delivery was also successful.
