Great products and good prices but sadly let down on delivery by DPD who claimed they’d ‘missed’ me when they didn’t even knock at my door - I stayed in all day waiting for them. I would suggest changing delivery companies to one more reliable, then I could give you 5 stars as my cat loves your treats.

Your dog treats are just yummy, for all the dogs that I know 🐕
The DPD delivery driver just left the box outside, and didn't knock. I was in and looking out both sides of my bungalow, to check his arrival. I didn't see him, so my anxiety was up....😠

Liver Yummies Dog Treats
Looked every where for Liver Yummies dog treats could always get them from supermarkets but not any more . Online seems to be the only place, our dog loves them . Very fast delivery excellent service. This is the second time we have bought them one happy pooch 🐶

This delivery was the best one we have…
This delivery was the best one we have had, it was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful and no split and damaged wet meat trays like previous orders, the last one took nearly 3 weeks to arrive after the pick up point refused to except the delivery as the boxes were seriously damaged and split and on another delivery the driver was very rude and unfriendly and he dropped the boxes twice splitting the contents in side which I complained and was told they would be replaced but still have not received these replacements

Got a cat? Get these too.
Someone recommended getting these Lick e Lix for a treat for our Persian, now 13.
He goes MENTAL for them. In fact he’s taught us to follow him to the drawers we keep them in and he Meows to demand them. He’s even got me cutting off the ends when he finishes, slit the tube open lengthwise so he can lick every last trace. He purrs loudly in appreciation whilst licking. It’s a great bonding experience.

Order came quickly and securely Packaged, my cats lick-e-lix, yum yums and free bonus bag of lick-e-pops were recieved with enthusiasm and lots of purrs though the lick-e-pops weren't at all licked but rather devoured, will definitely be ordering my cats treats from the webbox website from now on in bulk.

Delivery issues 3 times now
**EDITED** Due to the reply from Webbox I have edited from a 3* to a 5*. Thank you! My cats love the tinned mousse but I seem to have more and more issues with stores nor having it in stock. When that's the case, I resort to ordering online. The order process is easy enough but it's the delivery. This is the third time a Webbox order has been delivered to the wrong address and I've had to chase around in order to locate it. £71+ is not something I wish to lose! I wouldn't mind but the delivery address was abundantly clear on the package and we have a white wall plack outside that clearly displays our house number. Webbox itself gets a 5* from me but, as I'm reviewing the whole process and having the issues with delivery, that's why I've only given a 3*
